    I'm w/h a full disclosure as I just got on board yest. My experience so has been pretty good since I'm so paranoid nowadays of being scammed. I will say the young man that called me was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He was honest and upfront w me as far as what I can expect from your service. The lady tech was awesome. Made confident and I learned alot from her.

    Incredible! My laptop crashed. They restored everything I had on my new laptop. Everyone I have spoken with was very kind, patient and most helpful. I learned a lot too! I wish I would have thought to contact them when my laptop crashed, maybe they would have been able to get it working. I may add my old laptop as another device to see if they can solve the problem and fix it too. They are so knowledgeable and prompt to respond. Frankly, they saved me much heartache about what I lost with the crash. Simply amazing!
