    For someone who's not tech savvy - my experience was amazing. The tech was patient, friendly, and engaging. The info was comprehensive, and he used accessible language....overall, I felt safe and comfortable. I was adequately supported and was able to ask many questions that influenced my decision to become a customer. ********: I had my issues resolved with two follow-up calls.

    YOU ARE A NUMBER 10 NOT 6! ******* and ******** had the patience of a SAINT! I am Alder (age) 78. Technology comes a tad slower to us. My Arthritis makes it more difficult to type.
