      I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the disturbing behavior exhibited by your company towards individuals who have referred customers to you. It has come to my attention that your company has resorted to aggressive tactics, both violent and non-accommodating, against these individuals, which is wholly unacceptable.Additionally, I have noted practices such as overcharging state taxes and fees that appear to be exploitative. Such actions not only undermine the trust of your customers but also raise significant ethical concerns regarding your business operations.Furthermore, I have been informed that your company has directly contacted referrals to intimidate them, leading to altercations and undue stress. This is a troubling tactic that reflects poorly on your organization and raises questions about your commitment to ethical business practices.I urge you to publicly disclose any affiliations your organization may have with gangs or other criminal enterprises. Transparency is vital for consumers to make informed decisions, and your failure to do so may lead many to avoid your services due to fear of retribution.I request that you take immediate action to address these issues, including a review of your business practices and a commitment to treating all individuals with respect and fairness.       I would never do business again. **** this company, thought signed up month to month, they automatically sign you up for subscription. I signed up for the Nav card, they said it was not available in my area, they wouldn't refund my money. I would never do business again.

      The company guarantees business checking account and help with creating a standing for you business, they ask you to sign up for premium plans to gain access to the benefits of having them and after I paid within 10 mins they denied me, when I called to see about a refund for the service I denied they took almost 70 dollars from me for less than 14 hours of service NEVER provided for pay I am a new business just starting out and do not appreciate the predatory actions of this company!

      Nav takes NO accountability. To give the backstory, I signed up for Nav Prime because I'm building business credit and was aware I would receive two business tradelines by signing up for Nav Prime. I received a Nav Prime credit card in the mail, which required me to connect a valid checking account of mine in order to use. No problem. I connected my business checking account with sufficient funds to cover any charges. Upon utilizing Plaid (which is the setup choice of Nav) to connect my PNC business checking account, I received a message stating the account had been connected successfully. I eventually utilized the Nav Prime credit card to make a total purchase of a little more than $100, just to show some activity. Since ***** stated my business checking account was successfully connected, I expected for the payment to be debited from my business account. I noticed a week later, Nav had emailed me stating that I needed to reconnect my account immediately. Nothing more was stated, nothing less. Though I was puzzled by why there was a need to reconnect my business checking account, I didn't hesitate to do so. Fast forward, I ended up receiving the same message a couple more times spaced out over a course of another three weeks. EACH time, I logged into my NAV Prime account and reconnected my business checking account. The third time I reconnected my business checking, I took the initiative to call Nav customer service to inquire about the reasoning for me repeatedly receiving the message though ***** continously stated that the account was successfully connected and NAV NEVER emailed or called to inform me they were experiencing connectivity issues. Upon me calling Nav and speaking with a NAV rep, I was notified that Nav had been having a connectivity issue with Plaid with PNC accounts; therefore, I needed to connect a different account. I was also told that the payment would reflect as late to my business credit though NAV did NOT notify me of their Plaid issue.

      Nav renewed my membership on the 27th and I cancel on the 27th and doesnt want to give me a full refund

      I signed up in May 2023 and paid $49 monthly. It's been a long journey and my patient has been tested with the poor customer service with online chats. A few months ago I was directed to call credit bureau directly. Turned out Nav was not reported the business score on the correct account. This company takes no ownership for their errors, all they do is justify regardless if you contact them via phone. Not work your money, I don't recommend them at all.
