    I was initially impressed with this company. They were able to set up a service visit quickly, after just a phone call, and seemed very helpful. The technician who showed up to review my issue was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and performed the work well. However, he did arrive outside of the service window I was given. Fortunately, we were at the house and able to show him the issue. After a brief inspection, the technician determined that the issue had occurred during construction and assured us there would be no charge for the visit, explicitly stating that it was "without doubt" a warranty issue. Nearly a month later, an invoice was apparently sent to me, although I did not receive it at the time. Nearly three months after the service date, I began receiving calls from this company stating that I had an overdue invoice. When I requested that they please double check with the technician which provided my service, the person I was speaking to simply stated that the technician had made "thousands" of service visits since mine and would probably not remember. I never received any indication that they attempted to confirm my claims with the person who performed my repairs. I paid what they were charging me, but I would not trust this company to do any work in the future. There is clearly a lack of internal communication which results in an inability to trust what you are being told. They also demonstrated an unwillingness to work with me to resolve the issue even after I asked them to.
