  VERY BAD AND RUDE BUSSINESS MAN I WOULDNT EVEN RECOMMEND COMING HERE IF YOU WERE DESPERATE HES SO RUDE FOR NO RESON AND SAYS FOR YOU TO ONE THING AND THEN DOES WHEN U GO HE SAYS ANOTHER AND RAISES THE PRICE !!! Hes FULL OF C*** AND DISRESPECTFUL AS H*** AND HAS NO RIGHT TO BE TALKING TO NO ONE THE WAY HE DOES THE ONES WHO MAKE HIS FT A** MONEY !!!! He called me a w**** !!! KUZ I WAS TRYING TO TELL HIM ABOUT WHAT HE TOLD ME I WILL NEVER TAKE MY MONEY THERE ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT GO THERE F HIM !!!! HE DONT DESERVE A DAM BUT THERES A GOOD PLACE FOR HIM IN H*** !!!! GOD DONT LIKE UGLY

  I was about to purchase a transmission, he raised the phone price in person. I was handed a receipt to sign before paying. All i did was start to read the fine print and right away his wife get in a bad mood and tells me to just sign and pay. I respond im about to spend 900+ dollars im reading the receipt. Then the owner gets up disrespectfully rips the receipt out of my hand and says i don't have time for you and your reading of my receipt. Then continues on calling me a wet back spick immigrant. I feel soo wronged at this mans way of business. I dont deserve to be racially attacked.

  First he cussed out one of his lady employees about something she had no control of (another employee taking off a part too slow) she stayed quiet, she looked very hard working and full of dirt and oil, then He kicked someone out of his shop because they didnt speak English only Spanish and told me to tell them he didnt want to do business with them. He then told me he didnt have a part that I had just called and asked about and they told me they had 3 different colors, so when I told him I called the day before he tried to charge me double for a used part on what I would have paid brand new. I was willing to pay the price and come back; but when I went outside to help the customer he had kicked out for not speaking English after he has a sign outside that says se ablo espanol he came over the intercom and told one of his employees to tell us to leave. Keep in mind no one had disrespected him at this point everyone just let him be disrespectful. Hes very disrespectful and talks a lot of mess , I wouldnt consider him good business

  The disrespect from the owner is just baffling. We drove almost an hour to drop off a motor, and to my surprise they were closed. My husband called this place owner immediately had the worst attitude and cussing. To my understanding thats not customer service and NOT the way to speak to anyone. Typical owner that knows he can speak to people this way because its his business. Bitter old man, that also speaks to his employees like trash.

  Wish there was an option for ZERO Stars. Horrible customer service. Never have I ever encountered such rude behavior. They will just say..."bring a valid ***** ID and your tools and come get it." I tried to ask how much it would be and he just hung up on me. So I called back and got a lady and she wasn't as rude as the guy but still not friendly. I asked her if she could give a estimated price....she advised me to call back in 40 minutes and speak to the gentleman which I did and still the same rudeness and hung up on. WILL NOT EVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN and definitely would not recommend anyone using this place. A little bit of kindness doesn't hurt. I understand businesses get busy but if you're in this field of selling things you can at least be a little bit respectful! I did however find the part I was looking for at ****** Auto Parts....very helpful friendly folks there and they took the parts off for me. I would most definitely recommend them.
