    My Ac wasnt cooling I would set ** was set at 73 and it's saying it is ********************************************************************************************************************************** to breathe and waking up coughing at night there was no air coming out of the ** what's so ever this problem has caused my light bill to go up and this has been an issue going on for 2 months the maintenance man told me it was my fault for the ** breaking they never accommodated my rent for the months that I was living there burning up at the end of the month we decided that we can transfer me to a different unit Not only did they charge me over $1000 to move into the New unit they also charge me for living in the old unit Two weeks later I get a balance of $1173 Saying that I had Two late fees and was being charged again for living in the old department they charge me for my apartment not being clean which Is a lie I have pictures to prove it Then they charge me $500 Because the carpet was damaged from the ** leaking for that time. Up until I moved out the apartment Mind you I couldnt move into the new apartment until I had a zero balance all of a sudden I have a $120 water bill ** 22 July when I moved in on 10 July meaning I shouldve seen this water bill on 1 July I highly do not recommend these apartments If your life depended on it ive spent more money moving into the new unit than Ive ever spent on the old unit

    I moved into this unit back in April of 2022 my uint wasn't the best but I was really looking for a home so took it as it was which now I am regretting it all because now they want to charge me for the problems that was there when I got there the late fees are ridiculous compared to the late fees I pay for if I get one now they literally charge you a late fee of $50 dollars everyday it may go down to $30 for a couple days that all adds up to thousands of dollars in then they expect for you to get caught up like how but I had signed for a 6 months so I was paying month to month mind you my payday are not always on a set date so some month I would be late to pay my rent but mind you $50 late fees brought my bill up to more than I could afford then some of the stuff their charging for is nonsense the property manager is so rude I tried signing for another 6 months till I found something for me my kids she told me no she needed me out by oct, 6th which was in September not enough time with 3 kids and school changes and everything but I got out as soon as I could, now she's charging me for new carpet, house keys that she already have, trash out, front door, unit cleaning stuff is beyond me.

    Tried to move into new apartment and place was completely trashed (with bugs and trash), no AC, no smoke alarm/ carbon detector, as well as doors not being able to lock and close properly.
