    I have been living in my apartment for 6 months and have had a ceiling leak that has not been fixed. I have filed multiple maintenance request and there is mold growing. They have canceled or completed the order when it has not been complete. My kids have asthma and they have had multiple flare *** since living there. I have talked to the property manager and nothing still has been done.

    The leasing office never answered the phone. Youd have to walk there when they were supposed to be open for business. Mostly attitudes from the Boulders employees, until we were moving out. Aside from that. Many people would live in a 1 bedroom apartment 5-14 people. We would get all the water/trash/sewer bills due to that. Drugs, loud at all hours. Trash. Had leaks in our ceilings twice that damaged our bathroom. Destroyed all our bathroom essentials. $400 or more. The violence was insane. Got attacked by a neighborhood dog that we reported for years. Broke 2 ************** of my wrist. Had to pay out of pocket for that. The ************** shot. Have documented all that. We had our mailbox access gone for 4 ************* all played dumb. I personally had Cancer medication stolen in that ********** glasses I paid for. Again, we have proof.

    The boulders at lake ridge apartments, ******* ***** Couldnt move in due to conditions in the apartment, AC didnt work, smoke detector and carbon detector didnt work. Cockroaches in the apt, as well as dirty areas everywhere, floor boards broken, outlets damaged. Doors and windows unable to lock and close properly.

    On Wednesday 21st our ace has not been working and we tried calling the ace emergency line and no one answer ** on the next day still no answer from them when my husband put in the request for the ace and still nothing from the office then we had went to the office to tell them that we need the ace fixed asp because we have a ******************************************************************************************** no one showed up to our apartment our apartment was at ***** degrees in our house we had to buy fans for our house to try and keep it cool then 2 days later my 10 month old baby got sick cause of heat exhaustion and I went back to the office on Tuesday the 27th from taking my baby to the dr and told them that we need are ace fix asap my baby got sick and that it was hard to go stay with family cause they lived a 1hr away but me and my baby we had to stay with family cause they still didnt come to fix it and they said they put us on top of the list and still till this day Friday the 30th they still havent fixed it and my husband been there at home cause he works in ******* and we cant afford for him to drive an hr to work every morning hes been sleeping there in the heat and still nothing from the office about fixing our ace and on top of that we have other issue that they havent fix like our broken floor that needed new cement honestly we can fall through the floor at any moment from walking on it and we got infested with roaches and told the office and no ones came to spay and our broken dishwasher and it been a year that they havent done anything about this and it makes me very upset that they dont take there customers request seriously especially since we have a 10 month old in the house

    I am rejecting this response because:   there was no reason the check should have been returned.  Also,  it has been 16 weeks.  They told me 6.

    Hello! 

    Corporate attempted to send the refund check but it was returned to the corporate office. As she is now a current resident I asked if it would be easier for another check to be resent, or if they could transfer the deposit to her new account as a credit. As soon as they let me know I will reach out to update the account.

    i moved out march 31st 2023/gave advance notice 90 days paid water bill never were late on rent everyone always asked were apt staged it was so clean i have photos i shampooed wax floor which look better than when i moved in carpet was dirty i cleaned so good someone moved in immediately i have photos i barely were ther all year were in an out helping my brother with terminal cancer on disability and took my deposit this mgr racist i havent had peace since i moved in

    The only charges added to the account after move out were the final water/sewer bill, as well as a cleaning fees that are charged to every account.

    We have submitted the paperwork needed to the collection agency in order to remove the discrepancy on the credit account. Once the collection agency lets us know when this will take place, we will let you know to look for a response from them on the report!
