      If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Every time I received a bill from waste management, it had random overage charges with no explanation as to when the overage was. The invoice stated that there was a photo, but I never received the photo anytime. I reached out to customer service for an understanding of what was considered an overage I would continue to get the runaround. I had finally had enough when our bill had jumped up another $20 and were paying $130 for two cans. We decided to cancel and go with a different company. The woman on the phone informed me that there would be a $75 trashcan pick up fee which not only to begin with is outrageous but it then took them an additional two weeks before they picked up my trash cans. I received a bill for $92.34. When I called asking questions, I was told that I was not understanding my bill and that I was being charged for fuel as well, which was not something I was informed of when I canceled customer service on the phone continued to be irate and rude when I stated I was not going to be paying the bill until I had an itemized invoice as to what I was being charged for due to the fact that the invoice did not say I was being charged $18 for fuel. The gentleman continued to argue with me and I hung up the phone. They called back and the phone rang one time when I went to answer it they were gone. This business is horrible and has the worst customer service. I will NEVER recommend them and will continue to fight this ridiculous charge.

      This business is a joke except its far from funny. First they delay our first pickup 5 times, leaving trash piling up for 5 weeks plus. Took days to figure out how to beat the automated system and get a human, who just basically told us to **** it up. Now- a grand total of 2.5 years later- I get a generic letter in the mail saying theyre dropping us for no reason whatsoever other than THA MONEY. Disgusting. They should be very ashamed of their behavior.

      Bad when almost 4000 customers and u can't even get a 2 star rating. Idk maybe look to see where your going wrong? Charged me for 3 mo of svc I didn't get when I was on the road (CDL). Charged me to pick up a bin and they didn't i resumed *** paid over ****** administration fees.. this fee.. this and that for things they didn't do.. robbery..

      I paid $1,476 + to get out of my contract with WMtotally worth it!!******** Waste Company has been a breath of fresh airaffordable, up-front, no hidden fees, short contract, easy to get ahold of and no problems over the last 3 months. A wonderful change!! I would recommend ******** over (WM) Waste Management.

      I honestly wish I could leave a ZERO instead of a 1 star!! They have the absolute WORST customer service, they buy out small businesses and then charge for payments that were already made and refuse to make it right. They make it almost impossible to cancel your services!! And then when you dont pay a payment you already made they threaten to send you to collections even tho you have proof the payment was made the week of the buy out!! They do NOT care about their customers at all!! I wish I cancelled my service prior to their *************** bye out but there was no talk about it until it was too late

      Worst company on the planet to deal with. Be very cautious of signing a contract with them. If you don't send a letter, Certified letter within 60 days of your contract expiring it automatically renews at double the price for one year. If the lid is barely cracked. They will charge you $225 For an overage fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst company ever.

      This company was sending our trash to chardon when we are 500 yards away from lake county so they could charge us more for years. Criminals. Then they failed to recertify our dumpster at *******, saying, oh we can take it to lake county lets see that new price. Abosolutely criminal practices and this company should be out the door soon.

      My wife and I have been on the phone or internet for 4 1/2 hours total we have had eleven different wastemanagement people all of which only kicked the can down the road. The issue is we are closing the sale of our home May 16 and need to pay the bill, terminate the service, and get a receipt. Out title company will not close until we have Waste Management paid in full. HELP they have a monopoly and do not care about customer service.

      I would leave negative stars if possible. As with other customers, we've experienced increase in rates without notice, additional fees added on that weren't disclosed (vacation hold charge) and a very very horrible time contacting anyone in customer service. When we did reach a live person they were uninterested in the issues we were experiencing and put us on hold. We returned our trash receptacle to their local office as our call to cancel service remained on hold. Please don't use them.
