    Amazing company, product and service.
    I waited to post my review until a few months went by and i could see how my system performed. I am amazed on how low my electric bill is $19!!!

    Bad customer service, didn't answer phone calls and never returned calls, refuse to reimburse 3 months of bills electricity I need to pay and full because the panels didn't work *************** this time not bring me information about the mobile app to check the panels Bad customer service

    Hello *****, hope you're doing well. If for any reason your salesperson is not answering calls you can always reach out to us directly to **************. As soon as it got to our attention that you needed service on your panels about four weeks ago we went ahead and checked your solar system and replaced two fuses and made sure your system was operating correctly. We even special ordered another monitoring antenna because you told your salesperson you didn't have one, yet once salesperson got to your house it was there. Your solar system is operating as it should and you can always monitor you solar system on your phone or on the screen by the electrical boxes outside in your house.
