I am rejecting this response because:
Global Solar Group is saying that the unit is working 100% which is false! That is the issue, it is not installed properly. The technician from the other company that they sent confirmed that it is not installed properly therefore not cooling how it should. Per the contract the unit has warranty which is why I am demanding that I get it replaced/ installed properly or just give me my money back. This is fraud and obviously I am not satisfied with a system that is not installed correctly and a unprofessional so called technician that left his trash on my property including a beer can.He only offered to pay 2/3 on a repair that is not necessary which is to make the vent on the bottom of the unit bigger so that it could breath better in order for it to see if it would work better. Sounds to me like he just wants to put a band aid on the problem and called it a day, what difference does it make if the unit is NOT installed properly in the first place by the technician that this company is using. The vents were never part of the issue. I know how refrigeration works because other family and friends have refrigeration and it does not sound loud and cools instantly, something that our refrigeration does not. Our unit is not cooling or performing as it should like the second technician mentioned when he checked it.

and he told me they had done a horrible job and that it was not installed properly. He also mentioned that the person who installed the unit did not have the permits to do so which really upset me as well since ****** had mentioned that the had all the permits and that they would have a crane to install the unit which they didn't. After the second opinion ****** called me and said that he was willing to fix the problem but after hearing that it was installed properly I declined his offer because on top of that he wanted me to pay for part of the repair. It clearly states on the contract that it has a "3 year labor warranty" as well as 10 year warranty . I asked for him to replace the unit or simply remove the unit and re-install it to see if that would fix the problem and he refuses. I have children in my home which they are in danger in this heat. He is breaching the contract by wanting for me to pay for the repairs out of my pocket and refusing to do the right thing by installing the system correctly.Business Response

Hello good afternoon, we have done everything to please this customer for the past 90 days. Customer has tried disputing this with the financial institution, has tried going to the news and now with you guys but with no success. We have paid several service calls to make the customer comfortable and get a solution to his problem and we did. We did a diagnostic on the unit and the compressor was not working properly so we replaced it under warranty and the unit is working 100%, customer has assured us several times that his thermostat shows on the 70s. If the unit wasn't working it wouldn't even be under 90 degrees. We even sub contracted another company for him to feel more comfortable knowing the outcome is not coming from us and he still not satisfied. Obviously the unit is working all day because outside is over 100 degrees and it stop at night when its cooler outside but its something that we have explained to the customer numerous times and he just does not understand that this is how it works. Technician recommended OBD vents which were not included in his purchase and we still offered him 2/3 of the cost and still refused our help. At this point there is nothing we can do on our end to make this customer happy, we've honored our contract, our warranty and answered every call from him and still not a good outcome from him. Please advise.

I am rejecting this response because:
The technician that you sent; ******* said that the ducts were working fine ! now you are changing it? This company is not taking any accountability to the fact the the unit is installed wrong! hence the fact that it sounds loud like an airplane and does not cool properly! This company is trying to shift the attention to other minor details that were never a problem. Bottom line is that the unit is NOT installed properly (confirmed by the second technician that was sent), the contract says it has warranty so I need a replacement or a refund.

Recommendations were made to make improvements to the unit but are not necessary since unit is working. Existing ducts could be replaced with bigger sized ducts to make airflow better, OBD vents for better airflow as well, house was built in 1998 it is recommended to seal the ducts every five years to prevent airflow from escaping through holes in the ducts which is what's happening, customer has never done it. Previous mentioned things are out of our control and is something that were already existing in his property and is part of the maintenance on a house that needs to be done throughout the years. All these can be done through us with a cost we can provide and have offered at a discount or he can hire another company to do these improvements.

A home improvement company approached my house saying they can give me a packaged deal for a privacy fence, artificial turf, and a rock wall, The estimate was about $20,000, However, the privacy fence was installed and of poor quality, no artificial turf or rock wall was done. The workers did not seem to care about working around my schedule as I was originally out of town when the construction was to begin. I asked for them to wait to which they did not. Understandably I was upset, A date was discussed for the placement of the artificial turf to which the company workers never showed up, and at this point I no longer wanted any sort of of business or services from them. They did however keep the $20,000 in payment from loan company, and now expect me to pay for partial services rendered. I do not agree. I will be more than happy to pay for the ONLY service done which is the privacy fence, and nothing else.Business Response

Good afternoon, as you can see on the screenshots attached, all work on her property has been completed but the rockwall. *************** has been stopping us from going to finish the rockwall, originally it was the privacy fence which was the main thing in this project and its 100% completed and the remaining was for a small piece of turf that she ended up deciding that she would rather the rockwall instead so we agreed with her even though we had already purchased the turf. Then she mentioned that she had to get with her neighbor because the neighbor was hard to deal with and he had to know about the rockwall since both are sharing that rockwall. We contacted her a couple of times (some with no answer) and she kept avoiding us, we have the material ready for whatever she decides to go for either the rockwall or the turf. At this point it seems that she is trying to avoid the loan she got but we are willing to work with her, we have been calling her today but apparently she blocked us, the last text we sent her and it was delivered was that we can reimburse her for the rockwall if she does not want to do it but still no answer.

Global solar group started construction in June of ************************** July of 2023. The finished landscaping presented safety issues as long as big cosmetic flaws that when brought to the attention of *************************** he promised that it would be fixed and they came to work one day and ignored the rest of it, they damaged the outdoor wall, windows, door, concrete pad isn't leveled and bumpy, the metal beams are not safely secured to the ground, with nails exposed and not securing anything while the wooden beams split and uneven, while the ends were a hazard as a potential head trauma can occur, *************************** brought in additional landscapers to get an assessment in damages while the landscapers were stating hazards in Spanish, *************************** would say that there were not hazards in English.Initial Complaint

This company and the owner ******, lied about everything you can when it comes to projects. Didnt do what i asked. Told me they would come back and fix it and never did. Super poor quality for them not to come and finish. Very manipulative especially when the company mainly speaks a different language than I do. My wife over heard what they were saying and called them out for it. They havent shown their faces since then. The project was over ******& for a project that shouldve only been 8000-10,000$. Plus interest Ill be paying almost $30,000. Scammed us horribly. Its been over four months and the work is not done. Ive been ghosted too, wont return my calls and messages for the past month. Kept giving excuses about working on other projects. Made us pay before the work was complete. Wouldnt provide a receipt of products bought.
