AL, a PA there, was and is excellent!!! He did a wonderful job freezing off spots on my face & all over my legs. He was and is very patient an kind, Al gave me the attention & time that I needed. I love going to him especially before the heat from the summer comes. That way my skin has more time to fully heal.

Horrible experience. Took my insurance info over the phone, all was good. Waited until I showed up to say they don't take my insurance. Put on the spot if I would again have to wait for an appt elsewhere. (Seems like a shady practice). Agreed to the out of pocket visit charge. They did some minor things that took less than a minute (which I said wasn't necessary because they had been there my whole life) and then said it would be 3x the charge they originally said (plus additional fees coming later). They took down my phone# and email incorrectly, I correct them and then they still had it wrong and had to correct twice more. Horrible communication, didn't listen to what I was saying and atrocious charges.

I went to the ****** ** location for a exam. After I was given 2 options for the cream need to treat the sun spots. A 3 week cream that insurance would cover or a 1 week for $50. I chose the 1 week. I was told to schedule a follow up to make sure the cream worked. At the follow up she said I need to do the 1 week cream again for another $50. I think they make more money off the 1 week cream. Then I received a bill for the follow up visit when they charged me up front for the first visit. Knowing I would have passed on the follow up if there was going to be another copay due. Very shady practice.

This place is a JOKE! Million dollar offices and not a functioning brain cell in sight.
I was referred to them to get laser hair removal. The first consultation appointment I had, I was made to wait 45 minutes past the scheduled time. When I did finally meet with someone, she continued to tell me I needed to go through insurance when I told her I didn’t need to do so. I had to prove I was able to pay for my services through more humiliating questions about my income.
On the day of the appointment, the morons called twenty minutes before my appointment to tell me the “lasers weren’t working” and there was no one to operate the dysfunctional lasers? While both may be true, the lack of professionalism didn’t stop there. On top of already being completely incompetent they continued calling me about a rescheduled appointment that I didn’t make. The receptionist was useless in cancelling my appointment, so they just let it go and marked me as a no call no show.
Fast forward to NEVER hearing an apology from these people but they had the audacity to leave messages about my phantom appointment. Everyone in this office seems confused by lack of accountability on the doctor’s end, lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of brain power behind the organization of the office.

I went to the clinic about 5 weeks ago for a rash on my calf. I was prescribed a topical steroid cream and told to use it 2X daily and it would clear within a few days. 4 weeks later I presented again as the rash was spreading and was extremely inflamed. ************** came into the exam room, asked me how he could help me, then took one look at my calf and announced that it was ring-worm. I was given a prescription for Terbinifine tablets, which I was to take one every day. He then asked me if I was taking any other meds. I informed him that when I first came to the clinic 5 weeks ago I brought with me a complete typed list of all my meds and past surgeries and gave the list to his nurse. I started telling him about the current meds I am on and he simply said "Your a walking drugstore". After getting the script filled and taking the first 2 doses, I ran an internet quarry on the medicine ************** prescribed and found out that 2 of my current medicines that I take conflicted with the Terbinifine and should not be taken together (according to the mfg. website). I called Epiphany and got the voice mail, assuring me that my telephone call would be returned within 24 hours. I left a detailed message on Thursday morning and it is now Saturday afternoon,,,and still no call from anyone there. I will need another dermatology clinic as the reviews on here seem to validate the clinics indifference and their inability to communicate with their patients. I am so glad I researched the drug conflict before I needed to be hospitalized or selected my pall bearers! Adios Epiphany.

Im really trying to spare this place. I had a procedure on Aug 17. My appt was at 1:00pm. I checking in at 1. I was there at 12:45 but due to them being on lunch they they didnt open the door until 1. I sat there looking at people that came after me go to the back. I go to the desk and ask the receptionist i believe her name to be ******* what was my appt time and i knew and she stated at 1 and had an attitude and stated they will call you back. I sat down ************************************************************************************************ back but she says I messed up on the schedule and i asked her you messed up?! She was like yea with another attitude and didnt apologize for it. I was like wow. Im younger and i notice this location serves the elder population a lot so i guess they used to doing what they want but i have seen some go off on them. Here it is August 24, 2023 and i have been trying to get in contact with this office the last 3 days because im have complications and side effects of the medication and yet they still have not returned my calls after leaving countless voicemails. I have been working with ******** the corporate rep and she has be instant messaging them and emailing them and no response. This is unacceptable and i will be going all the way to the top on this matter.

************************ and his team of ****** and **** were superb. They were very skilled and very accommodating. At first, I felt that they were not really interested in me personally, but that changed as the procedure continued. They were kind and made sure I was comfortable. I was especially impressed with their skill and perseverance. The procedure took 3 hours.**** took care of me after each collection of the tissue, carefully cauterizing the area. He also was especially gracious and answering my questions. I felt that I had made real contact with a caring human being.I especially appreciate their sensitivity to my personality. It's very important to me too share my story. They listened and showed interest, and that made me be able to be calmer. Also, they took care to call me by my name.I was impressed by the way the doctor spoke to his team. He used deference and respect in every interaction that I saw. They offered me number of choices. I was impressed that they chose an antibiotic that was inexpensive. They also honored my decision to forgo pain pills. I have gone through some major surgeries in my life. These folks join a constellation of stellar medical professionals.

Worst experience ever...********************************************* in my opinion commits billing fraud and extorts her patients. DO NOT choose her or Epiphany Dermatology for your dermatology needs. They billed me and my insurance $505.89 for only spending less than 15 minutes in the room with me, wrote me $1,700.00 worth of prescriptions, not even referring to my insurance drug formulary. When I attempted to have her call me in prescriptions that are covered by my insurance that is a little cheaper in cost, as I told that I had to make another appointment, as well as pay balance in full. Why would I accrue more of a balance and return for a follow-up appointment, when I was never able to get prescriptions filled in the first place? I'm now in collections. NOT for failure to pay.. But for not being able to pay account balance in FULL for an appointment that didn't even help me, as I still have the original skin and dermatology issues, as I was never able to pay for $1,700.00 in prescriptions. Who will help me? This place is a nightmare. Calling admin ****** is another joke!!!!! She is always busy and unable to speak or call back. A complete SCAM!!!
