      A package was delivered by FEDEX to our front porch and put hidden under a swing. Less than 30 minutes later another person came to our porch, immediately searched under the swing and stole the package. We have both the delivery and the theft on our security camera footages. If this isnt an inside job, what is? FEDEX response: Sorry for the inconvenience. Will they reimburse us for the stolen item? Their answer: After delivery, anything else is not their problem. Terrible, awful company.

      FedEx sent my package out of state and when I asked about it the customer *** said he had no knowledge about that even though he can look at its route. Then he told me the date they say is just a " well thats when they hope". When I went to pickup my package at the local location when it arrived I walked in and told the person I had a package arrive all they said was "what address?" Then they handed it to me! No ID asking- just a signature. Anyone could have taken the ticket from my house and walked in there and collected an over a thousand dollar item that is highly dangerous if a criminal would have gotten it, it required serious background checks to get it! Horrible service and the last company I would let handle a package.

      Our company has been with FedEx for many years. For the most part shipping is pretty good. However, my review is concerning the website update. I have been trying for a while now and making accounting updates is almost impossible. And don't get me started on the new invoice viewing screens. They are so difficult to see what you want, and those filters!!! ;-/ ;-/ ;-/ PLEASE fedex... REMOVE the invoicing filters.. every single solitary time I go in I have to click 5 X's to see all my invoices. PLEASE go back to the previous way we accessed and viewed the invoices!! And the new shipment creation screens.....Why must we jump through so many screens to create a shipment!!?? Before it was all on one screen and so easy to view. This is horrible. It took me ******************************************** the new process and at the end I was not certain it was right. STOP ... please go back to the old screens.

      FedEx from ********* **** dropped off 2 boxes on my porch an the boxes were totally ripped apart..most likely missing some product. DO BETTER FEDEX

      Day 2 ordered a huge cat food order and my wife and I donate to local animal shelters, problem is FED-X will not deliver it..yesterday on Fed-x ******* app and with my own eyes watched ******* fed-x driver drive by my house 3 times watched him unload a couple of packages at a stop up the street from my house? Thinking he would stop by next nope drove over to *********** sat there for ***** minutes then started in to head back to the warehouse? I called the shipper explained my problem they said they would investigate.llet me know today it would be delivered? Nope again no delivery and the FED-X tracker app would only say delivery for today 05/20/25 unfortunately its 5:30 pm and no way will it be delivered today..I have never had cross words with this delivery personnel, never been rude ever offered a bottle of cold water and I went a bought a $500 1200LB Farm wagon to even help unload the order they do not know this I just got it to help the driver , Icalled explaining todays situation and after 2 days and over night sitting in a truck I called and let shipper know I can no longer in good faith except the product thats been in trucks for a week figure in the pick up be fed-x and then routed on fed-x trucks and sitting on different trucks for a week its no good so the company CHEWY animal care warehouse in ************ ******* gave the $276.07 order to me ..thank you Fed-x the union companies of America are ruining the American economy..able to decide if they want to deliver a order or push for the next driver is how they are allowed to do according to FED-X customer service no matter if an altercation has happened they have the right to refuse delivery..God as my witness I have never been rude or hateful they are just lazy

      They lost my F****** package and wont even speak to me or give me a refund. DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!

      I would leave no stars if I could because I HATE FEDX the drivers never push your buzzer/ doorbell to let you know you have a package and I live in a large apartment complex with security doors so they can at least let us know when they deliver the packages.

      I recd a fedex notification on 5/7/25 saying my package would be delivered 5/8/25. I have red no package and cannot talk to a human being at all. I have NEVER had such poor service from any place much less fedex who used to be the absolute best. If you call to check and it says there has been no new update to tracking since 5/8/25 but there is nothing else I can do. I paid $50 for an item and FedEx has it in their possession so of course the shipper wants to put it on fedex but I cant talk to anyone so I am out $50 and no package which was a faster filer for a refrigerator it is not a luxury or play item it is something I NEED. How am I supposed to get this resolved? There is no customer service AT ALL via phone, email or any other way. How can they be allowed to do this?

      Utter rubbish. Scheduled delivery dates and times, are recommendations. A magic 8 ball is more useful in determining when a shipment will show up.
