  I've Had Rescue Air and Drain at my house Twice now with Different Problems and They have Been A Life Saver!!!! ****** Was Very Professional and Informative....He Explained What the problem was and What He was doing. I Highly ******************************************* Personnel kept Us Informed through text and Very Polite.I won't Hesitate to call them if needed in the future.***************

  Long story short, this company employs people with zero morals. We had a water leak in the walls in our home in ********** **. We called the home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS) and they sent this company out. The individual who came cut a huge hole in the closet wall. No leak there. He wrote his assessment to AHS and purposely incorrectly stated, in part, the leak was from corroded copper lines. And between this company and AHS the takeaway was normal wear and tear and AHS surmised our portion would be $1900. We were forced to call another company who came out yesterday; fixed the leak, and exposed the *** or PEX pipe, not sure which but definitely not copper. In addition, the leak was in the closet on the opposite wall from the bathroom, which makes since. We paid over $800 but the leak was fixed. It is a shame that companies like this one are allowed to exist.

  they never showed up!!! they bypassed my line and left a voice mail.. minutes later in calling them back at the number they gave.. "the party does not have a voicemail that is set up".. when i finally did reach them.. they said they couldnt come back, they were too far away. DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE IDIOTS!

  July of 2022, I had a tankless water heater (which I had to purchase additional coverage for) that went bad. Rescue Your Air & Drain **************) was contracted to do the service. Rescue Your Air & Drain is a nightmare to work with first and foremost. Rescue Your Air & Drain told ***** ******** that the tankless water heater was not covered because of the location and ***** ******** denied the claim. I called ***** ******** and once again sent pictures, spoke with customer support and the repair was once again approved and a repair date was scheduled. Rescue Your Air & Drain sent a text and canceled the initial date (08/08/2022) saying an employee had an emergency and rescheduled (08/15/2022). Rescue Your Air & Drain was a no-show on 08/15/2022 and I received no calls. I called ***** ******** and they attempted to contact Rescue Your Air & Drain with no success. I attempted to contact this company no less than 15 times with no success. It is not Rescue Your Air & Drain's job to determine or undermine repairing my appliance. Once the company rescheduled the repair, they should have complied with the repair. I will make sure all ****** employees with my company are well aware of the TERRIBLE customer service.

  Terrible communication, slow and not concerned with clients well being. ***** ******** chose them, I didn't and I would eat dirt before I ever work with them again

  I apologize you had such a bad experience.  I reviewed your interaction.  You originally requested a cash out with your home warranty.  The next day, the equipment was ordered on our end with your home warranty.  I cannot explain why they had such a delay in getting your equipment in.

  And unfortunately all contractors like us working with the home warranty company are about 6-7 days out with this heat.  We will notify your home warranty company you would rather use a different contractor in the future.
