This business has horrible customer **********************. My experience has been much like the review that describes multiple visits, wrong parts ordered, tech not showing up for appointment due to previous job taking longerbthan expected, tech not having enough freon to complete job...ETC....( THIS HAPPENED WITH ME IN APRIL)I understand things can occasionally happen and cause a delay. However, this company seems plagued with mishaps. Additional they commit to following up to correct mishaps yet this doesn't happen either. My most recent experience: I was scheduled for a compressor to be installed today between 8-12. I called this morning to reconfirm appointment only to be told they didn't have the part. I WILL NOT REPEAT ALL THE NONSENSICAL DETAILS. HOWEVER, I was told by ******, that she expected a call from Carrier by 12n to verify if part would be in today. She went on to say if they didn't call her , she would call them and follow up with me. Well ,THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! After several attempts, I was finally able to reach ****** by phone at 4PM. She was totally oblivious to the fact that she had not followed up as she committed. Instead I had to hear how many customers she has to serve. And yet , this customer continues to wait for a date when service to me can be completed. Based on what I read here this practice seems to be the norm. Another norm I observed , " work from home" is convenient and a perk. But it shouldn't be obvious to your customers with sounds of children playing in the background. Not a good look especially when customer needs are not being taken care of.Unacceptable!

I wouldn't trust them to fix my paper airplane's AC. At the direction of my home warranty Rescue Air and Drain was sent to my home. From my first visit on May 23rd until my 5th visit on June 18th I still DO NOT have any air. I am now out of a great deal of money and vacation time and still hot in 90+ degree weather. The timeline is listed below: May 23th My scheduled service window was 12-5pm and they arrived at 7:30 pm; determined my 2 ton condenser needs replacing May 29th Finally contacted about replacement parts and the greater than $1,000 that I would have pay outside of the home warranty coverage. June 6th 10-2pm scheduled for install; Rescheduled at 12 pm due to family emergency for the tech June 7th 10-2 pm scheduled for install; Rescheduled to June 10th at 3 pm due to other jobs taking longer before mine June 10th arrived at 10 am installed a 2.5 Ton Unit(instead of a 2 Ton Unit) because the first technician requested the wrong size unit. A few hours later the air was not cooling, the unit has an oily substance leaking, and electrical wires were exposed. June 11th They returned and discovered that my brand new 2 ton AC Coil was not working with the incorrectly installed 2.5 Ton Unit that they requested and installed.June 13th They returned with a 2.5 Ton AC Coil to hopefully rectify the issue, it did not. I notified them on June 14th it was still not working and I had to continually call them until they scheduled a return visit 5 days later. June 18th I am told there is nothing else they can do and that I would need to get an electrician to rectify an issue they started and they would notify the home warranty company.June 19th Notification has not been provided to the home warranty company in order to schedule an electrician. You would think that after nearly a month of dealing with them there would be some urgency to get this completed. I am out over $1,000 and I still am not closer to having a functioning air conditioner unit.

Scheduled four days out to fix air conditioner when interior temps are 80F and higher, even though this should be an emergency service. Only schedules within a five hour window. When texting to let you know the tech is on the way, they give you 8 whole minutes to leave work and meet the tech at the house and then leaves. No calls, no voicemails.someone was at the house two minutes after the tech left and waited three hours in 89F heat wondering where the tech was. We called them several times, but their phone wasnt working. Finally, we get rude responses to a text inquiry about the status of the techs arrival three and a half hours later. They outright lied about calling twice, and there definitely isnt a voicemail to show they tried to contact us. They can reschedule in three days. Dont trust them to enter our home if they cant be honest about a phone call. And a whole week of interior temps above 80F is a health hazard!

The owner of this company is unprofessional and supports inappropriate billing. I had previously had a good experience with the companies HVAC technicians and subsequently referred several people. NO referral from me again! I called for a Backflow valve repair and they came out. Asked if anything else was needed. Told him he could tighten my sink faucet too. He didnt have the correct tool for my sink and left it crooked. He then told me the company doesnt do Backflow work. I asked why they send someone to do work they know they didnt do? Charged me a service call and said he would look into it. No call back. I called was told they dont offer the service service I requested. I requested a refund on my service call and described my crooked faucet. Called this morning (Friday) with a service request for a toilet base leaking in an upstairs bathroom. No call back. Called again before 4pm. Long wait. Came back to the phone and told me I was a NO SERVICE. They were refusing me service. She did confirm they had been billing me monthly for my maintenance plan setvice! I requested a refund since they will NOT coming to my house to perform ANY service!

There is some confusion there. feel free to submit any evidence of who is billing you on a monthly basis to **************************************** we do not bill on a monthly basis nor do we keep any credit cards on file to do so.
