    I HAD A PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED A WOOD BURNING US STOVE, AND I NEEDED ALL THE REST OF THE MATERIAL TO COMPLETE IT. THESE GUYS KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND PROVIDED ME WITH AN ITEMIZED COST/PART LIST. THE BEST PART WAS THEY HAD ALL THE PARTS IN STOCK AND WAS DELIVERED IN 5 WORKING DAYS.

    The ordering process was easy plus the helpful information as to what size grate needed. I ordered my grate and it was delivered within a few days which is awesome. It is well built with heavy steel. I will be ordering from them again

    I came across eFireplaceStore on a simple internet search. I was impressed with the wide range of product offerings as well as affordability. I had to call customer service (an error on my part). My call was answered by a real human who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I'd also like to add how easy it is to navigate through their website. I've come to expect ease of navigation but, that is not always the case. Clearly eFireplaceStore has put a lot of time, money and thought into their site.

    Hardest part of this purchase was deciding which fireback to select. After that it was a breeze. The fireback arrived well packed and not damaged. It is very well made and the stands were worth the added cost. What a glorious decorative piece for an old fireplace that was sealed off due to its age (built in 1860's). The fireback makes this fireplace look beautiful. Highly endorse this company and its products. Many thanks. Well worth the cost.
