    I am very thankful for the services provided from everyone I corresponded with at Aid and Attendance. The process is very tedious and, frankly, is not easy. They guided me in filling out all the forms and people I needed to contact to fill out forms for the best outcome for my mother. It took time and effort, but I'm grateful for their help!

The website if very user friendly and anytime we had a question, the support team responded very quickly. It took 12 weeks from the day we submitted the application to the VA until approval and the first direct deposit of funds was in the bank before we even got the approval letter in the mail.     Eldercare, Aid & Attendance.com, has been a lifesaver for me and my mother. There is so much redtape that has to be done perfectly when applying for the V.A. aid and attendance money to help pay for her necessary assisted living home and they made that happen for us. I recommend them highly.

    Amber has started helping me fill out paperwork for my Dad, what a blessing, she gathered the forms I needed, filled them out for me & highlighted where I need to sign & where my Dad needed to sign all in a single email with detailed instructions.     From the moment that I was directed to Aid and Attendance, I was met with Support Team members who took care of me. Their first advice was to file a 'letter of intent to file' with the VA to lock in a retroactive benefit beginning date to kick in after the claim was approved. I purchased their software, a great investment, that would make the process very easy. After gathering all of the information needed, I filled out the forms on the software just like doing your tax return. Once completed, all of the numerous VA claim forms were populated. I can not imagine the time that it would have taken me to do that on my own. As the process moved along, the support team reviews with you, all of the info on the forms for accuracy. They request any additional info that the VA requires for approval and once they have everything, all of the completed forms are sent back to you for downloading and printing before sending the application to the VA. I want to give a big thank you to all of the team members and especially to Amber. Your concern, help, and expertise was greatly appreciated. My 96 year old mother was very pleased to learn that her claim was approved and the financial burden has been lessened for her care. ****** ** ***** ***
