  A man was sent my home from Drain Go by AHS to fix a leak in my home. The leak was heard in the laundry room. The man cut 2 ** holes in the wall in the laundry room. He also cut 2 ** holes in bathroom over the shower down stairs. He cut 3 ** holes in the bathroom upstairs. Each time he cut holes he said he was trying to find out where the leak was coming from, a total of 7 large holes. The leak was coming from behind the toilet. Each hole was about 2' by 4'. I have the pictures to prove each cut. He told me that he could not repair the holes because the was not supposed to. He reported to his company Drain Go that he only made 3 cuts in my wall and only gave them 3 pictures which they reported the same LIE to AHS. I call Drain GO and told them that what he reported was not true. They asked me to sent them pictures of each hole. I sent them pictures by text and email of all 7 holes. They said that they could not take the consumers word but only the guy that did the work. *** also would not investigate this LIE that was reported to them and stated they would send me only $150.00 after I had gotten all the repairs done by a licensed contractor. I am a disabled 63 year old woman on a fixed income. There's no way I cut up my own home and the repair work for this home is most definitely alot more than $150.00. It should be a law somewhere that stops companies /warranty and repair business from such wrongful and unjust deceit.

  Took 3 trys different days and a different tip for the drain snake which was not on site, believe he had to purchase it? Drains are still clear a week later. Arrived with in the allotted time frame, very courteous would recommend and use again

  We've been using Drain GO for years now. Competent, reliable, friendly AND honest. We just had them out here to check for wailing and groaning in our pipes that started after one of our toilets clogged, which I cleared. Of course, it had stopped when they visited so ***** advised us to get public works in our town to check the drain pump to the town sewer system before they ever start troubleshooting pipe problems. How cool is that!? BTW, the groaning started again right after they left....lol.

  We have had draingo come out twice for different issues and they are amazing! Great work and nice people! I highly recommend!
