  I cannot say enough good about this company. ******* worked after dark in the rain to repair a break in the main line in the front yard. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

  Horrible business to deal with. They claim to be opened 24 hours, which tells me that they have several plumbers. Why is it that they canceled on me twice to repair pipes. If one of the plumbers is out don't they have another plumber to take his place. The answer is No. So you have to keep scheduling an appointment hoping that they will show up. You will also have to take off of work, another time. They really don't care. Horrible business.

  I apologize for your inconvenience. Unfortunately the tech was out extremely sick & in the hospital. We are a 24 hour service for emergencies. WE do try to call 30 mins out so that you don't have to be off work all day but sometimes these things do happen. It wasn't intended to put you off or inconvenience you. We do really care about or customers & try to be to best we can be but some days we do fall short. Again I apologize.

  Anyone that knows me-knows--it takes a lot to get me angry. So, I HAD a warranty through AHS. My shower handle and valve broke. DrainGo came and told me that what I had was not under normal wear and tear and that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. The part would cost $250. So, I've been out of water for 3 days and I wanted it fixed. So The plumber came and repaired the valve ONLY with no handle. So I called DrainGo and they say that "Your husband says he would get a handle." But, I can't turn on the shower to know if it's fixed without a handle. So, they tell me to buy a handle at a hardware store. While looking for the handle-I see that the same part I paid for was $30. I was so pissed-so I called back and they tell me to buy a kit for the handle and they would put it on for $85. So, I called AHS--and they were NO help. Told me that Draingo did not follow the proper procedure and I was supposed to have the option to buy a part. They did not do that-so was my part really not covered? AHS would only send Draingo--I told them I did not want the same plumber and they tell me--the supervisor is out and ************ is the only one that works in my area. WTF--If I am a ****** off customer ----I would think you would make me a priority and send some one else from a different area to fix my shower. Not to mention-they told me if I wanted my leak fixed-which is not covered-would cost $1500. I was able to find another plumber to fix my leak and add two handles for less than that part for $250.. I am LIVID to says the least. I've seen so many praises for this company--and I just don't get how I got the worst experience ever. Maybe, those customers were ok with paying the extra $$$.DrainGo will never own up to a warranty if they say---it's not normal wear and tear. As if, I tried to break my own shower. Dishonest--charge too much, and claim to fix jobs--I do apologize to the lady I argued with with the three-way call with AHS. But, this was too much.

  The guys that came went to the problem, put me in a new garbage disposal and was gone in all of about 20 minutes. They came in a timely fashion and very mannerable.

  They were on time with schedule and had everything to do my repairs at the Consultation. It was supposed to be just an estimate scheduled but because of price, I allowed them to do the job. Service was good

  Drain GO just installed a new garbage disposal for me. As usual, they did a fantastic job and they did it quickly. They have done work for me many times over the years and I've always been impressed with them. Every time I call, they get someone out quickly. It seems like it is always a different guy, but everyone they have sent out was obviously and expert and every one of them has been a genuinely nice person. It is really nice to know that I can always depend on them when I need them.
