Wish I could leave 0 or negative stars. This is how my company pays me so I had no choice but to use it. This card and bank account are rejected at many businesses and it is basically impossible to transfer your own money to a real bank account. Customer service gave me incorrect info. DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES OR PRIVATE BANKING.Comdata Corporation

This company is out there to scam truckers out of their money hard. They don't even let you change the payment method on the account for auto draft and then when you're hit with a bunch of charges from them on your bank account, they charge more and more even if you wire them money and you have a surplus of credit available. Then they make up some ** excuse to close your account and credit line and take even more of your money. Stay away from them and all these other predatory lenders in the trucking industry. You are better off just allocating money towards gas and diesel each week and save yourself money rather than getting these fuel cards that are designed to put you in the red when you're just starting out. Maybe if you already have a well established trucking business with lots of cash flow, I can see the appeal of these cards but this is the second time now where we have lost money due to these crap fuel cards. We are going to just get normal revolving lines of credit for that stuff in the future. Stay away from Comdata and other companies like this offering these garbage fuel cards that take your money out in a day or so and give you no time to even pay the invoice off properly. They are the absolute worst company I have ever seen! We had fuel cards for our over the road semis. When we had to shut down the business, we had an outstanding balance. We have spent the last week trying to get it paid. They give you two options and neither of them work. I have tried calling their billing department, have been disconnected twice and hung up on before ever speaking to anyone. When i did get through the girl I spoke to was rude and no help at all. I think a requirement to be able to work there is to be rude and not give a darn. We still dont have this resolved and may get turned over for collection but maybe it will be a decent human being that is willing to help. My advice is run as fast as you can in the other direction if someone recommends them because i wish we had never heard of them.Review fromAmanda H

I'd also give a zero star if possible! This company is complete crap! I've had this card for 4 years I have never used.. not activated less than 24 hours ago I call the get what they said I needed to activate my card, then suddenly my card is already active. With about $270 taken off my card. Now ask for a supervisor who will not listen to me and keeps yelling over top of me while I'm talking. Completely horrible customer service!!!!! Bad customer service! Beware the pull money out of your account that's not approved. I had a hotel charge of 172.89 and they pulled out 324.02 they are giving me a hard time for the difference. I've given them the copy of the hotel invoice to prove it. And yet no one seems to care. Yes it's a small amount but still what more proof do you need ?? I've sent copy of my bank statement and the hotel invoice. I've had nothing but bad service with this company, and I refuse to pay more then I was charged !! Hi,
They said they have issued a credit but I have not received it yet. Today I got a call from their collection company saying that I owe still and that a credit was used to offset an amount on a stay that I did not do. I only stayed at the hotel for 3 nights June 16,17 and 18 I've provided them with the information from the hotel showing that I only stayed there those 3 nights !! And they said I was 3 additional nights. Not sure where they got that as I was back in Florida on the 19th of June and back to work. Don't know what else I can supply as all I have is the paperwork from the hotel showing only the 16,17 and 18th of June. Can someone with some common sense take care of this please, it's unbelievable on the bull you have to go through with companies that can't seem to take care of simple things like this.Armando M

Once again no one has shown me the other changes except that it's from a stay at the same hotel for 3 days longer which I never spent there. Why are they not showing me proof from the hotel like I did from the overcharge?? A stop payment was put on the second charge because I never stayed those extra day !! Once again I provided proof of the only 3 days I was there and it came directly from the hotel. So the credit you applied to that bill was wrong.Comdata Corporation

We have been advised that there is still a balance owed on the account after the credits were applied, from your invoice on 7/5/22. This amount is an unrelated charge to the hotel charges previously disputed. We have further been advised that a stop payment was issued for this amount causing the account to go into collections.
At this time, you will need to contact the collection agency that has taken over your balance.

On December 25th, 2021 I was assaulted and robbed. The individual who robbed me was able to run purchases of close to $4,000. I was in the hospital getting treated for my injuries during purchases. I sent police report, hospital paperwork just like comdata fraud requested. I called customer service multiple times and sent half a dozen emails with the necessary paperwork and no response from the fraud department. They were quick to send me a denial when I didn't have the necessary papers but when I sent the exceptable and requested papers I received no response regarding the fraudulent charges.Comdata Corporation

I have reached out to the cimdata consumer numerous times with no response. I supplied them with all the documents they requested to prove my case and they have been avoiding me since. Comdata is a scam!! My company recently applied for credit, we received an auto approval, we entered our bank account info and ordered cards. I waited for a week to call to see why we haven't received our cards that they let us order and they email us back and say we were declined for fraud?!?? I asked for clarification and they couldn't provide it!!!Breauna G

Your complaince team needs to be replaced and your systems need to be updated. There is no reason a company should be auto approved, asked to input their banking information, TIN number, owners SSN, and order cards if you were unable to verify certain criteria.
