      Keep your money, your sanity, and your pride and DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company or their resorts. They don't help. They manage the resorts but they tell you they can't help because "all they do is manage". Are you kidding me? Doesn't management imply control? I mean, dang. They are doing absolutely nothing to help us. We have actually requested in writing for a cancellation and they won't even reply.

      This company expects you to pay them every time it's due. However, if you reach out to them, then they don't return the courtesy. I've been trying to tell them I am completely disabled and a veteran and I've been in the hospital. But they don't care. They just keep demanding their money. Shame on them and their greed

      At the beginning, 12 yrs ago, we were misled by ever changing salespeople. Never could reach out and get the same salesperson, nor did the developer ever call us back regarding our issues. The issues were that in the first sales presentation he told us about a developer week we could use or rent out. We would have to pay a another maintenance fee for that property. Also we changed our deal from points to weeks. Using the point system, we would have been "nickel and dimed" to death for every little thing, plus pay maintenance fees for that year. In changing our points to weeks, we found that they charged us a 10K additional fee and changed our season from gold to silver for only 8 weeks a yr. duration to be used. With the recission time past, we have just hung on with it and kept paying on it to protect our sterling credit. We could not cancel at that point. They didn't return any calls back to us, we ended up paying another "fee" to change the season and just got tired of the whole mess. We want to just deed back our property and be freed of the increasing maintenance charges. We also disagreed with having to pay a portion of our maint fees to help Coral with their bad debt expense. We pay our bills on time and should not have to pay Coral for any bad decisions they made.

      Pushed the point it was a great investment, easy to use, stable expense, not user friendly many attempts to plan a vacation were not able to be filled. Very poor experience. Throwing good money after bad.

      I sent a letter to this company with concerns asking them to reach out to me. This was in March. It's ***** and I have not received a call, email, or letter. Now, just look at their BBB rating and the majority of the comments and try to tell me they care about anything but money. Bad company. Stay away.

      See, though? This is what I mean. Your customer service is SO impersonal. You refer to yourself as an "I" and then sign the message "Management". Our intent is to NOT own the timeshare any longer. Whether that means you cooperate, we stop paying and you foreclose, or we hire a lawyer. We just need some input from your company about how you're going to handle this. However, without "management" identifying themselves then it's going to be real difficult to open dialogue.*******

      Stay away. Consumers be warned! They got our money and now won't respond or acknowledge us. We sent a complaint and a request to their email a month ago and we have not received a phone, email, or letter reply. They don't care and why should they? They've already done enough lying to get our money. All they have to do now is hope that we go away and stop trying to contact them.

      Well, I'd love to say that I didn't expect this but. actually did. We called the number that the timeshare gave us to call. When someone picked up we were told that someone would be in touch with ** after taking some very basic info. That was on May 4th.Today is June 13th. So, how motivated is this company to actually address our concerns or are they just "checking the block" by replying to a client complaint and AGAIN not following through on what they say they will do?

      I have been working mostly with the *************************** I have been working in an affiliate company, and because of their expertise, I sent a letter of recommendation to one of their staff in the same department I currently am assigned to work in who showed a huge amount of knowledge of the role of processing the documents for this department.
