      My experience has been frustrating and disheartening, a far cry from the promises made when I signed the contract. I initially believed I was investing in a vacation opportunity that would bring unforgettable experiences, but instead, I feel misled and financially burdened.Despite multiple attempts to use the timeshare, the promised accessibility and convenience have been nonexistent. Booking accommodations has been a constant struggle, leaving me unable to take advantage of my investment. Ive spent a significant amount of money on a product that has ultimately proven unusable. When I recently requested to terminate my contract, the company offered to release mebut only if I paid an additional $6,000. This demand feels unjust, considering how much Ive already spent on an experience that delivered nothing. Claiming this amount is just a fraction of what I owe is dismissive and lacks transparency. I find it unreasonable to pay such a fee to escape a contract for a product that hasnt delivered on its promises.Had I been able to use the timeshare as intended, the situation would be different. Instead, I feel betrayed by a company that failed to uphold its end of the bargain. I encourage others to tread lightly. The benefits may not materialize, and the financial consequences could be far more significant than expected. I hope sharing my thoughts helps others evaluate their choices thoroughly before committing to a timeshare.

      We were misled from the beginning. Then, when we contacted them to let them know how badly their sales people lied to us...they didn't even ask a question or do any investigation. It basically comes down to: You're stuck with and they fooled you.

      This is a really untrustful company. I would recommend not doing business with them. We have sent emails and received no response. However, just look at their rating here. They don't care about their reputation because there are no repercussions. They hide behind contracts and refuse to be ethical because the law protects big business and companies like ERG. Shame.

      I have sent this company several emails. NO RESPONSE. What they "sell" and what is in the contract are completely different. We promised a week a year and we cant go when we want to go or if we want to go theres nothing available. Im just fed up with all their BS what they promise and what they do is bogus.

      Just look at the rating. Look at the comment by the BBB. This company has a history of being unfair and making false/misleading statements. Stay away. We have been trying to get someone to call us for 6 months. No response. We went to "ARDA"...no help. The timeshare industry uses ARDA as a farce "regulatory" association. They don't seem to do anything to help timeshare customers, though.

      Do not do business with this company. Do NOT listen to what the sales people say. What they "sell" and what is in the contract are completely different. We even sent an email and they didn't respond. Probably because they understand how unethical it is that they do. Let's see if they even address this complaint. I'm betting "NO".

      It never ceases to amaze me how these types of companies who are NOT even accredited by the BBB and have the type of rating that Elite Resort Group has ARE STILL allowed to business. It's disgusting. Also shocking: They want money from me but they don't want to answer emails or calls. So, what am I paying for? They lied during the sale. Started ignoring me and treating me badly as soon as they got my money, and now want payments? Pshaw!

      My points timeshare is paid off. The only thing I want is to give the timeshare back. I don't want to make increasing maintenance fee payments for the rest of my life. None of my family or friends want it, and I'm not a timeshare salesperson (I actually have integrity!). Elite Resort Group will NOT cooperate. They claim it can be sold, but it can't even be given away! They are a stinking rotten organization.

      Elite Resort Group is a scam, especially if they tell you they can get you out of another timeshare if you purchase with them. Theyll lie to your face and ghost you when you sign up. This is only one of the many lies they tell you before they strap you with a lifetime of debt. We had to get ourselves out of our other timeshare.We stopped paying the mortgage and maintenance fee over a year and a half ago, and the worst they did was send us to collections. Because you were likely deceived and are now the not-so-proud owner of an Elite Resort Group timeshare, all you have to do is dispute the debt with the third-party collection agency under your rights with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If you have to, report the collection agency to the ************************************ for not returning the debt, and theyll send it back. It should only take you thirty days and a few emails.We get the occasional past due email from an array of ERG employees, but they wont answer you when you respond.Were owners in name only, and unless theyre willing to give us a cancellation offer, we have no need to worry about it. They can go on sending emails, missing out on inventory to resell, making any money, and admit they have a garbage business model run by cowards who lie to make a quick buck.Stop paying them, and send the emails to spam. Save yourself the eight weeks of waiting for the board of directors to send the same email denying your requests.

      I have sent this company an email. NO RESPONSE. I have complained using another complaint platform that engage this company on my behalf. NO RESPONSE. They multiple listings on here (THE BBB) and they are rated an "F". You should run far away. They are terrible. However, per their website this is their mission:To maintain a Gold Crown environment and provide **************************** on a consistent basis at the best possible cost.Well, they are failing that mission. IT'S LAUGHABLE
