    I love shopping at rugs.com! The show in my room feature makes rug selection so easy. I am ordering a second rug because the outdoor one I bought last year still has vibrant colors and is truly stain resistant. Also: Great sale prices and fast shipping.

    Fourth rug I've bought here. Every one so far has been beautiful and of good quality. The only difficulty I have when shopping on this site is in making up my mind.

    Ordered a rug paying extra for 2 day delivery. *** did not arrive. Called company only to be told that it would be 3 weeks before they ship it out due to back order. When I called customer service they said they had posted something on their website stating the rug was back ordered. No emails to me that this was happening. They had every intention of keeping the extra money I spent for two day delivery. I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and they refused to connect me. I asked for a full refund. I should not have to check THEIR website to see if my order is delayed. They have notified me of that delay. Terrible customer service.

    The rug is not completed there is only a thread every 1/4 inch you see the backing.run buyersbuy from another place Their pictures and statements are not true extremely poor quality! I dont think this is even the rug orderedbut what happened to the rest of the pieces of rug?????They stated i have to pay to return a incomplete rug told me to email.

    This is the second rug I've bought here, so I know exactly what to expect. They look just like the pictures, comfortable to the touch, and shockingly stain resistant. Prices are quite reasonable, and shipping is quick.

    2nd rug I'm ordering from rugs.com the rugs are super nice and better quality and the sizes available are not something u find in stores. Shipping was fast and the 2 rugs I bought last yr are still gorgeous. Will update this latest purchase
