    I ************. Com.... previous, I had ordered the wrong color...I called Rug.com to return the items...I was refunded back to my card, then I reordered the correct color and it was delivered to my door on the second day....this service is Unbeatable.......??

    Rugs.com offers a good variety of rugs and a decent price. I have bought a few different rugs from them and have been happy. I also like that they offer free shipping AND returns. It is difficult to know if you are going to ********** until you have it in place. I just received a couple of bathroom rugs that I like. They are on the thinner side so washing them shouldn't be horrible but who knows if the backing will stay in place. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the packaging. The rugs are really packed. Lots of plastic and tape. The only way to get to the rug is to cut packaging and I was worried I was going to cut the rug.
