    The rug arrived when it was supposed to. It did have the folds in it that others have mentioned, but it flattened out within just a couple of days. It is exactly 10x10 which was the size I needed. I was very happy the measurement was so accurate. It looks better in person than it did online and I already liked it online. I am very happy with my purchase.

    Hi I signed up for this as a deal but didnt pay thru paypal used link instead. I had originally tried to by clicking links but unfortunately didnt get the discount after all. My mother was happily surprised by the quality

    The rugs I have ordered have all been beautiful. My only caveat is there is never a shipped email sent as promised. It would be nice if I new they were to arrive instead of them just showing up.

    This was the first time I have ordered from Rugs.com and if I ever need another rug I will definitely be using this company! My rug arrived very promptly. I placed my order on a Friday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday. The free delivery was an added bonus as well!I I purchased an outdoor rug to place on my front porch and it looks wonderful! The quality is very nice! All in all, Rugs.com met all my expectations.
