    My shopping experience was great online but I did not receive an email when rug would be delivered. Once the driver delivered it he did not ring the bell to let me know it was being delivered he just left it on the porch. Once I open rug vacuum it on both size and placed it where I wanted; I noticed there were bugs flying around from it. I need to return it--I will call customer service to obtain returning policy! Otherwise, it is a beautiful rug.!

    The first rug I got was way too big! **************** was quite helpful and I was able to return at no charge to me. I then ordered a new rug at the right size and it's perfect! I have used you in the past and will use you in the future. What a great experience! Thank You!!

    I was pleasantly surprised with the rugs I bought! I thought being at such great prices the quality would not be that great. But the rugs are wonderful!! I love them! The smaller rugs I just recently washed, fearing they would fall apart or get ruined but they washed (and dried in the dryer) marvelously! The rugs I purchased were just as described and the colors exactly as shown. Fast shipping too. Very happy with this purchase!
