    I ordered a rug from Rugs.com on February 18, 2025, based on their guarantee of delivery within 68 weeks. Not only did they fail to meet that timeline, but after ********************************************* a meaningful update. I contacted customer service three separate timeseach time I was given vague, unhelpful responses with no resolution.What I received instead of the rug was delay after delay, wasted time, and complete disregard for the customer experience. When I finally requested a refundafter being strung along for weeksthey issued it without ever explaining why the order failed in the first place.I didnt just lose a rug. I lost time, trust, and a level of confidence in their business that cannot be recovered. The entire experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and apathetic to the customers position. If a company cannot follow through on a basic fulfillment promise, especially after repeated outreach, it should not be making guarantees in the first ******** better, Rugs.com. I will not be purchasing from you again, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before spending their money with a company that does not value follow-through or transparency.

    Despite difficulty moving between viewed rugs (hard to go back and forth) I was happy with the extensive choices, and found, I hope, a perfect rug. Hang in there and enjoy the search.
