    I am truly pleased with the orders I have made through this company. I have ordered a total of 10 rug pads and 4 rugs that I have already received. I love the ability to take a picture of your space so you can see the rug in that area before you buy it. The quality they displayed online was what I received! The shipment was fast. I recently had a problem with not receiving part of an order. I called and it was the carrier's fault. They immediately called the carrier while I was on the phone and agreed to send me the remainder of my order again if I didn't receive what was missing within 7 days. It came within the 7 days! I was extremely pleased with the customer service! That is always an excellent hallmark for a reliable, responsible, trustworthy business! Today, I happen to go online to look for a matching rug for one I had already ordered, and to my surprise, there was a credit for future shopping! I was able to get a free small rug! Needless to say, I am pleased with this company!

    We have purchased a few rugs over the years from Rugs.com and always have a positive experience. They give you the option to take a pic of YOUR room to see and see how different rugs look in your own intended room for use. Its a great, free service from them. They offer ****** as one of their payment options, so you dont have to risk your credit card being everywhere in the web.
