    My 2nd purchase from Rugs.com. Haven't received my 2nd rug yet but the first was A+!!! Exactly like the picture. Great quality for the money. They have soooo many choices, so be prepared to scroll awhile! My first choice for rug shopping so far!!

    check out was difficult. I had to enter my name and address twice. it wouldn't pick it up from my saved information on my phone. it also wouldn't pick credit card stored in ****** wallet.

    Rugs.com is a tremendous business from which to buy rugs. There is a tremendous selection of rugs in any type, size or color and offers good quality products. The ordering process is very clear and user friendly. Shipping is fast and the return process is again very clear and user friendly. Several rugs I ordered were too dark for my decor. I initiated the return process and I very easily was able to connect with a real customer representative to answer my questions. I have tried other online rug companies. Nothing else compares.

HOWEVER, I was sent a follow up to my last purchase which promised a #** store credit.I completed the survey, received an acknowledgement from Rugs.com that it had been received, accepted and posted, BUT NEVER received the $** store credit. What happened at your end? Was this a "come on"?Please respond.
