  My wife and I had shopped around for windows as the windows we had were original to the house. While we saw some nice product from the big chains we always felt that they were cost prohibitive. We just simply couldn’t afford to have all sixteen windows replaced at those prices. I was dead set against doing the job piecemeal, a few windows this year, a few more in a few years, and so on. Chris came to our house with great product and great enthusiasm. Best of all he had pricing that we could work with. Chris and his team delivered on every single promise he made. As a matter of fact, the windows were ready for installation about two weeks before Chris’s projected date. Clay, Rebecca, and Hannah were just great with the installation too. There was a problem with one of the windows but they made it right in no time and the job was still finished within a very reasonable time frame. We are very happy with the results! It’s amazing how clear everything outside looks now! The windows have a slight tint and the colors of the fall foliage just look incredible from inside. Also the windows are very user friendly for cleaning or should you need to pop them out in the event of an emergency. My wife and I would recommend Window Masters without hesitation!

  Our home is an older home with a lot of original windows that really needed to be replaced. We have shopped for windows at local home improvement stores and with the amount of windows that we needed to buy, it was just outrageous! The Window Masters knocked on our door one day and made an appointment. They were incredible from start to finish. They made it possible to get new windows sooner rather than later. They were very informative, and true to their word. When the windows arrived, the installation team came promptly and I cannot begin to describe how impressed I am! They were very professional. They worked tirelessly to get the job completed that day. It was a big job, 19 windows. They replaced, sealed, and wrapped the windows and didn't leave anything behind. They cleaned everything! Most "professionals" are messy and I spend the remainder of the day cleaning after them. These guys were by far THE BEST. Thank you Window Masters and a special thanks to your installation crew. They are really the star of the show!

  I had all my windows replaced by Window Masters. I love my new windows and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their windows. They are a great company and a great group of people to work with, best decision I could have made.

  I am very particular when it comes to who does work to my home, and with that said I could not be more pleased with the high quality, reasonably priced windows that were installed by The Window Masters. It is a great company and the install crew, Clayton, James, Rebecca and Hannah are the best at what they do. They installed 14 windows in 6 hours and perfectly I might add. They are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend these people to anyone who is planning to replace their windows. Karen Burrell of Spartanburg S.C.

  Let me begin by saying that I am a perfectionist by nature, and am therefore difficult to please. The 8 windows we had installed yesterday are very well made, and are truly high quality products. The real difference with this company, however, is with their installers. Clayton, Rebecca, and Hannah's attention to detail was excellent, and they did everything the way I would have done it myself! My wife and I were so happy with the results that we immediately ordered 3 more windows! I highly recommend doing business with Window Masters, and I foresee doing yet more business with them in the future!!!

  I am very pleased with my experience with Window Masters. The whole process was awesome and the staff was very professional, from the time Lori knocked on my door, to Chris coming in and doing the window presentation, to Clayton, Rebecca, and Hannah doing the install. And Chris stays in contact with you every step of the process. I definitely recommend Window Masters!!!!

  From start to finish, working with the Window Masters has been a great experience. We had purchased a 1970's home that still had wood, single-pane windows, including one very large (floor to ceiling) bow window on the West side of the house that made it unbearable to be in our kitchen eating area in the late afternoon/evening. Chris came to our house to talk with us and "took us to church" with his enthusiasm and passion for the product. He provided us with all the information we needed to feel comfortable enough to make the decision to move forward, and was very accessible and supportive every step of the way. Our windows came in earlier than expected, and Clayton and his family installed 20 windows for us in one day. The windows have exceeded my expectations so far and I was amazed at the attention given to every detail of the installation process. Everyone has been personable and professional. Chris and his team are passionate about windows and it shows. Best of all, Clayton was able to remove the "beast" of a window in our kitchen and did amazing finish work to make it look like it has always been a part of the house. Highly recommend these folks.

  When I purchased my home, it was an older home which I knew the windows eventually had to be replaced. I honestly had put if off for several months until the day a knock on the door had me thinking? This must be my day… after I spoke with Jack I wanted to give it some thought and see if this is really what I wanted and if this was the right time? I spoke to Chris after going over things with my family. They came out and made the presentation and I loved it. After we ironed out the details Clayton came over and completed his measurements. He and his wife were very knowledgeable and kind. I received a call from Chris who stated the windows had been ordered. Shortly afterward the next contact was that they were in and ready to be installed. Wow! Talking about fast, efficient work and top notch courteous service! Clayton and his crew arrived at the time stated by Chris and got to work. They completed 16 windows, I mean removal, installation and finishing before sundown. What a great awesome experience. I was very pleased with the ENTIRE process. We are so pleased with the results, the superb communication and overall business of this company. I would ?? percent recommend these guys from the first meeting, and every step of the way throughout my journey with them. You will not be disappointed I promise you. Before the crew left, they showed us how to operate these beautiful windows and that made the difference to us. What an incredible experience!   Great company, and more importantly, great people. Chris, Jack and Clayton were awesome to work with. They walked us through how their windows were better than their competitors, and a better price. We received other quotes, and all higher, some more than double the cost. All in all, it took only about 3 weeks to order and have windows replaced, and they installed them all in one day. They kept me in the loop every step of the way too. The windows are superb, look great, and we can already tell the difference. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new windows. Great investment and looking forward to our electric bill getting lower. Thanks to them for a great experience! Top notch!
