  If you're wanting to install new windows, you need to call Window Masters! Even though we‘ve needed new windows for quite some time, we couldn’t bring ourselves to pull the trigger. All the estimates we’d gotten in the past were so high. That is, until Cam with Window Masters knocked on our door. He set us up with an appointment for a no-obligation estimate. So glad we did! The estimate came in way under the previous estimates, and we were impressed with the quality of the windows. Clayton, the installer, came a few days later and took measurements. The windows were built specifically for our house and were ready in a few short weeks. Clayton came back the following week with our windows and a couple of helpers. They were in and out in less than a day, and they were very respectful of our home. Chris, the owner, called a week after to ensure we were happy with the process and our windows. To be honest, we were skeptical about all of it and how they’d look with our house style, but the company and the windows exceeded our expectations! We recommend them highly!!

  Their service and quality was excellent! Ken was a great help and really cared about getting me a good price. The work was done professionally and I was so surprised at the quality of these windows. These rival the best!

  Great people to work with from being to finish. Got 8 estimates before talking to Window Masters. Price and warranty beat tem all. Done in a timely manner and really love my new windows. Call before you make a decision. You will be grateful you did.

  This is a family business who takes pride in the reputation they've worked hard to obtain. They are really good people. Clayton, Rebecca and Hannah are a very organized team. They left our home as clean as they found it. My husband and I had all of our windows replaced in our home over a year ago now. The installation was completed in one day. Since then, I can honesty say that our home is much cooler in the summer and warmer during the winter. I have stood very close to my windows during extreme temperatures, and the temperature from the outside does not transfer to the inside. I've also noticed that our power bill has gone down as well. We were very skeptical at first, but satisfied with the results. Everything went just as Chris told us it would. This was truly a great decision and a great company. I'm so glad we chose The Window Masters to replace our windows.

  We had gotten some estimates from other window companies and kept delaying a decision due to the cost. When Window Masters salesperson dropped by the house with their no pressure approach, we finally decided to take the plunge. Very happy with our decision. They came out and measured the windows during the following week and they were ready for installation about 4 weeks later. The installation crew were terrific - 3 people, everyone knew precisely what to do, and they were done in a day. Can't say enough good things about this company. They did exactly what they said they would do and kept us informed at every step. Recommend them highly. And the windows, by the way, are beautiful. Now that the weather has cooled, we've been sleeping with open windows for the first time in years. Our old windows were so sticky they were barely functional. If you're looking for new windows, hire these guys!

  It all started with a lovely young lady handing us a flyer. We were needing to replace 10 windows and kept putting it off because of cost and that most quotes are only good for 30-60 days. Well, she let us know that the quotes do not expire. That hook me right then and there to set a time to get a quote. I went on line and filled out the on line request form on Sunday. Chris was was super fast with calling me shortly afterwards. I was actually surprised by his prompt response. We chatted like neighbors (which was nice) and set a time for Ken to come out and let us view the product, go over warranty info and discuss price. We also chatted like neighbors. It is nice to deal with friendly people and not salesman trying to coerce you into buying. Just straight up infomation with good conversation in between. Once we got the cost, we thought we would be stupid to not go ahead and do it. We had already replaced 3 windows with another company and Window Masters was well below the cost. We could not pass it up. The windows are top quality and I absolutely love them. After meeting with Ken, we got to meet Clayton. He was also very friendly. He explained that he, his wife and daughter would be the install crew. They were fantastic. Very personalble and did a fantastic job. The work so well as a team and finished all 10 windows in one day. The follow up after install has been amazing. Chris is on top of making sure you are 100% satistfied! So happy we chose WIndow Masters. If you need windows, don't wait. Give them a shout.

  Love my windows! My heat no longer runs at night and my dogs did not hear the fireworks on New Year’s. Ken B********** is organized, enthusiastic and punctual- all around awesome experience!

  My wife and I were contacted right away by Chris to setup an appointment time to come talk with us. He got here quickly, friendly and promt! Our house was built in the 1940's and had 18 windows! (The windows were actually painted shut!) It was such a pleasure and "top of the line experience) meeting the owner of the company, Chris. He is a awesome guy and was very helpful to us throughout the whole process. After the sale, we met the installer, Clayton, whom we felt was family ... NO JOKE! The installation went just as he explained. The job was competed in 2 days since we had so many windows. They did an excellent job and SUPER friendly. Chris had told us oringally he was about 2 months out on the jobs. Some unexpected changes happened and he called me and asked if they could start the following Monday. WOW! We were totally excited! We could actually feel the difference of the heat in the house right away and had turn the thermostat down! Window Masters is definitely a 5 star operation and we are totally satisfied with the experience! THANK YOU ... Chris, Clayton, Rebecca and Hannah ... y'all were EXCELLENT to work with.

  I am so happy with my windows! Window Masters were very professional and customer service oriented. I usually shop around the big box dealers but was pleasantly surprised and knocked off my feet with the quality of product and services I received. What an amazing experience and upgrade to my home.
