Excellent customer service and good communication throughout the process from quote to completion. Roen was great to work with and the team that came to complete the replacement of our shingles worked conscientiously and cleared up thoroughly once they were finished. BJ with Turn Key Roofing helped to make an unfortunate situation into a very encouraging experience after Hurricane Helene made her way thru the area and left her mark on the roof of my commercial property. After a storm hits- it can be a scary time filled with many uncertainties and unknowns but BJ came out the very next day, walked thru the entire process with me and handled the insurance necessities with my representative from start to finish. The crew that completed the work was punctual, professional and polite. The ladies in the office were great to deal with and even gave my pup treats when we visited! I can’t speak highly enough about the service I have received from Turn Key and appreciate them being a wonderful bright spot of sunshine after the storm! ??Turn Key Roofing, LLC

Had Jake come out and give me an estimate after hurricane Helene came through our area. Was very pleased with the cost and the workmanship the crew showed. It was a total roof replacement and even with all the weather situations we had, they got the job done.
