CVS Caremark frequently delays or cancel my orders and fail to resolve prescription issues manner. Their customer ******************** is sub-par. Having a maintenance prescription that is expensive, CVS Caremark is supposed to provide a cheaper option with a 90-day supply. However, they can never seem to process the order, even though it is the same drug by the same doctor every time. I now have to use the more costly option of going to a local pharmacist.

**** is a horrible company to deal with. I have MS. **** month alone they have canceled my order 3 times. Each time I have contacted the company and have been assured that the issue is resolved and my order is on the way. I check the website to make sure everything is in order and it says it is on the way. Then I get a text that my order is delayed a day after it is supposed to be delivered. And I start the process all over. I call and get lied too. If my insurance gave me a choice I would never do business with this company. **** has not been the only issue with them just the latest. I am not supposed to skip doses and have been without medication for 10 days. The *** has a warning that not taking your medication can result in a permanent disability. For a company who supply medication to people with serious illness they are seriously inept. There is no excuse for this happening 3 times in one month.

My doctor sent new prescriptions for 4 meds TWICE. Caremark listed 3 meds "in process" but one med "denied permission". My ** sent a new prescription for that med for a THIRD time. Four days later Caremark listed all 4 meds as "permission denied". By then I only had 2 days supply left. My ** sent prescriptions to ********* so i could get my meds in time. I will never deal with Caremark again.

Good luck if you ever have to speak with ****** worst customer service experience with any company TO DATE. Inconsistent information between representatives, zero accountability for poor company and system performance, condescending approach towards customers. Never have received a competent representative, not once. As a company that handles international medication, they CANNOT be trusted. Expect to never receive your medication on time and have to go through one million hoops to get the assistance you actually need. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

It seems like CVS Caremark is so run by computers that a customer service representative cant fix a simple human error with regard to prescription medication. Then, as a result, the customer will have to go without their medication for days until the customer service representative can get in touch with someone who can push the button to fix it.

Incredibly frustrated with CVS Caremark. Today I started wondering why the prescription I ordered on December 3 was taking so long to arrive. After going through my email, I realized they delivered it to an address I left 18 YEARS AGO. How does this happen? I've gotten this medication from their mail.order pharmacy at my current address for over a year, and I've moved roughly 9 times, to two stares and one foreign address since I lived at the old address. I am terrified there will be problems getting a replacement. I need this medication to function and I can't afford to pay for it out of pocket. The old address didn't match my credit card. Ugh. 18 years ago? Really? Why is that even on file?

Terrible service, not covering more affordable prescription offerings. With Highmark, my daughter's epipens cost a fraction of what they cost under Caremark. Our local *** had the original brand that we used with Highmark, but caremark would not the affordable option. No difference in dosing, both the 0.15mg epi pen ***** After talking to a rep, they reported that the more affortable brand was not on their list of acceptable options, their solution was to look for a coupon.

I would give Caremark Corp zero stars if possible. My son has type 1 diabetes and uses an insulin pump and CGM, which are quite expensive. We requested a refill on their website for a 90 day fill (we always order 90 days through mail-order since it costs the same as 30 days). However, the prescription needed renewal. *** is always eager to reach out to one's provider to get meds renewed, so I figured it was safe to allow them to contact our provider. HOWEVER, what Caremark did was get a prescription filled for only 30 days and mailed us that, and still charged us what we'd pay for 90 days (the renewed prescription Caremark received was for a 30 day supply with 2 refills, so technically 90 days was authorized!!). When we called Caremark to request our full 90 day supply, they stated that he already received his "once in a lifetime credit" (this happened once before; we were new to this, ****** learned). I understand that physician offices can send differing prescription quantities, but why won't Caremark remedy the problem? Why the heck do they cap a person to one credit ever?!? If a customer paid for a product, how can the company not send it?What I do not understand is how any company can legally send 1/3 quantity of something a customer ordered and paid for. We ordered a 90 day supply, did not receive what we ordered, and we told that nothing can be done to resolve the issue. It just blows my mind that Caremark gets away with highway robbery. Medications are expensive, WHY would a customer want 1/3 of what they paid for???Don't trust Caremark (or CVS for that matter) to do what's best by you. They only care about their bottom dollar.
