      July 29 2022 at 4pm to 430 i was driving behind a spectrum utility vehicle when an object flew off the back bed of the vehicle and broke my car windshield it left a dent on my top roof and damaged the roof fin of my car i followed the driver attempting to stop them but couldn't without risking any more danger on the road so i took pictures of the spectrum vehicle and my car and called spectrum i was told by spectrum there was no need to call the cops and that they would be helping me with this problem so i got many calls the first 2 days and was giving a damage claim ticket number #550-764-07 i was told that there insurance would call me for some information later turned out to be ESIS who must i say are nowhere near willing to help or understand i was given a claim specialist name (Wioleta “Viola” Anglisz) who sounded very aggressive combative and nowhere near attempting to help she made me wait two weeks after talking to here to tell me that she was waiting for the report from the supervisor at the spectrum facility i called that supervisor who stated he gave all the info the same day i drove to his facility to take pictures which was 3 days before i spoke to the ESIS rep VIOLA AND WHEN I TOLD HER THAT SHE BECAME VERY DEFENSIVE so i double checked with Brian the supervisor again he texted me saying he submitted the report after telling her again to verify i could tell she was not happy and told me she would contact me in a couple days with a decision once her investigation was done in fact she did not wait a couple days an hour after hanging up i get an email from MS viola of a denial letter with her stating she has determined it was debris from the road and there for my claim is denied after i sent pictures showing the neglect from the driver riding around with a box with nothing stopping it from falling and a lock unlocked irresponsible neglect from a driver i need spectrum or ESIS to pay for what there employee caused do to not securing items properly

      Was working for Spectrum and 4 guns pulled out on me and fell twice , once on black ice at night and sidewalk piece was missing at night and finally was mugged and hit me in the head with a gun. Esis sent to a specialist and it was like a script (said this will only take 2 minutes) and even had to remind him to look at my MIR scan. My pain is 10 and said I need Ibuprofen. lol Their in bed with ESIS.

      I lost mybleg at work a few yrs back. Dealing with Jennifer Martin is my rep. She says the will only cover 36% of prosthetic. I told her I've doingvthis for 15 yrs and now all the sudden I have deal with her, and Ll she does it throw up the 36% and I need to talk to my attorney. B**** I lost my in a Industrial accident I'm not paying a penny. This company sucks and should closed down period.

      They never return phone calls or emails when shit is important!!!! These people are rude and dont give a damn!!
