      ESIS is the worst experiences of my life! Been dealing with them for 13 years. They get ZERO STARS! They ignore, delay, hold, delay and ignore phone calls, voicemails, emails and their coworkers and counterparts. Still awaiting approval on STAT surgery of 10/24. They are horrible people and ESIS is a horrible, unethical, unfair and cruel company who ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AT ALL!

      After receiving a call from a ESIS adjuster 1 week after the incident, "which all proof of the incident you would possibly needed was sent ". The adjuster said this was a pretty cut and dry claim. We'll have you check out ASAP, WELL IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS. I have called and called and called, him, his supervisor, anyone in the company that would complete the claim. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. It's mind blowing a ***** *********** Like ************************** would be associated with them, they have to know by now how ******** this this company is.

      This company are poor at returning calls and resolving serious issue Completely unprofessional, it took 17 calls to get a return call from adjuster. The supervisor never returned my calls. Spent hours on hold to be told they could not assist further. There is never anyone available or willing to assist. I even emailed the complaint department no response. I gave one star as there was no option for zero.

      Worst insurance company ever for its employees or anyone related that is injured. They hire Doctors to review records where they are not peers. They Are incentivized according to denials. Adjusters ignore calls and Consistently deny claims. Do not accept adjusters from eases without Having informed consent. They rush representatives to you. Bedside when you're medicated and you don't know what you're signing. You're claiming last long within 6 months. You're a liability and they find ways to keep moving the finish line to tire you out and make you give up. Beware!!

      Worst insurance company I've ever delt with. Do everything in their power to not pay out claims. If they lose the court battle they drag their feet on everything as well. Wait until the last possible minute of the deadline to do their part. Seems they wish people to lose everything in this process so it doesn't matter the settlement cause now I'm having to file for bankruptcy and on the verge of losing my house.

      Absolutely no resolution to claim as of 7/28/23 from a filing on Jan 23. On Jan Jan 25th of 2023 our 2017 GX460 was hit by a Hertz vehicle insured by ESIS insurance. Our $35,000 Lexus GX460 (estimated market value) incurred $20,458.33 of damage. We filed a claim with our Amica insurance agency on Jan 25th. ESIS accepted 100% liability of the accident in an email to us on April 4, 2023 from a Keri Daughenbaugh. On April 5th, we were reimbursed our $2500 deductible through Amica. From that day onward, we have been trying to get paid by ESIS for our unreimbursed expenses, including rental car expenses of $1046.73 and $3500 for the diminished value of our vehicle. (Total of unreimbursed expenses total $4546.73). ESIS does not return calls or emails from me, nor from our Amica agent, who has assisted us in the claim against ESIS. Given ESIS has acknowledged that their insured was 100% liable for the damage, we are seeking full payment of our unreimbursed expenses totaling $4546.73.

      This company is fraudulent completely corrupted and needs to be investigated by the state attorney in Florida and every other state people have had issues with this company they need to be brought to the court

      Have a worker Comp case from 01/10/2022 had rotator cuff surgery 05/08/2022 adjuster blames everything on Doctor she hasn't this and that doctors office sent and filled out my WKC on 03/23/23 with 10%PPD lose in my shoulder and here it is she say she hasn't received it I'm so over the B's it's just ridiculous how these adjuster lie and can't answer a phone or email

      Oh my!! AWFUL!! I broke my ankle 11 months ago. Still no surgery to repair 3 torn ligaments. On third adjuster. Getting anything approved is like jumping through hoops. Was threatened collections because it took them so long to pay a bill for a Dr that they referred me to. I could go on and on. Bottom line, they are slow, rude, play games. Don’t give a darn that the injured party is suffering. They should not be allowed to work like this..

      I cannot begin to tell you what a horrible company this is! I got hurt on the job on July 21, 2022, it is now September 7 and I have yet to receive any form of compensation, any form of paycheck! This is a disgrace! Not only have I not received any form of payment but I was told a check was sent on August the 24th ITS SEPTEMBER THE 7th for Gods sake! I could have driven to PA from NJ to pick it up!! She’s a LIAR! Leah S**** is a FLAT out liar! I will be filing a complaint with the date of NEW JERSEY with ALL 26 emails I have sent to her over the past 7 weeks with NO RESPONSE! Piss poor run company! I’m furious! Why the heck do you voicemails IF YOU DONT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE! I’m pissed
