Instead of a one-star review can I leave a half-moon? I signed up for several jobs and not only did I not get the job I didn't get a letter stating that I didn't get the job all I got was more job recommendations and not one so called job for up to 750 a week as was noted. I do understand that some are these are survey sites and a link to send you to another so-called job matching site. No actual jobs available nor any communication when you do fill out an application.Review fromJaspreet S

Spam, Scam, and everything else under the sun. Lensa forces you to take a questionnaire and if you don't sign up for their "premium" services, they just have you take the quesionnaire all over again until you do. If you get to a job you want to apply for, they redirect you to another platform called "jobleads" where they do the same scam to get you to pay for ANOTHER premium service(s). All the while, I start getting nonstop spam in my email for jobs that aren't even relevant; nor can I apply to these jobs due to the "premium" services pop-****Review fromVictor G

As others have said, it's a scam and only there to mine your information and sell it. The positive reviews on here are clearly bots. Don't fall for it.Review fromDavid W

Lensa intentionally edits the job postings that they email to get more people clicking through their site, while redirecting you to other sites that grab your personal information. I have several screenshots and emails where the postings that Lensa has sent me as "recommended" once actually on the employer's site, can clearly been seen where data such as Location, On-site/remote, or requirements listed in the posting had been removed. Lensa is doing this deceptively, knowing that many of its users are desperately looking for work.Lensa, Inc

We understand how important accurate job information is - especially when you're actively searching for work - and we never want our platform to add to that stress.Lensa does not intentionally alter job information to mislead users. That said, we take concerns like yours very seriously. If youre open to it, wed really appreciate the chance to review the specific examples you mentioned. This would help our team investigate and correct any discrepancies where possible. After clicking "apply" on ******** you are brought to a site that immediately asks you for your email, resume, what you value in a professional environment etc. It looks like you are applying for the job you clicked apply for. However, you're actually feeding your information into LENSA, a third party tool for finding jobs. After entering all of your information, you then see the "apply" button for the job you wanted. Annoying - but not terrible. However, in the two hours since I did this, I have gotten three spam calls asking about my interest in pursuing higher education (something I indicated when I thought I was applying for a job). Unacceptable. After opting out per an email I received after complaining, I STILL got emails from them. I had to block the email address to finally get them to stop. I am also still getting a spam call or two every other day.LENSA is not actually interested in helping you find a job, they just want your information so they can sell it. They will reply with the same canned reply and they won't ever mean it. Anyone who works for this company is a coward and turns a blind eye to its obviously questionable practices. Just ****** "LENSA reviews" and you'll find hundreds of similar reviews (alongside the ones on this page). They know they are scamming, they just don't care.Lensa, Inc

***** scams you and blows you up with spam calls. They trick you into thinking youre applying for a job and then they just sign you up for a bunch of spam calls. Shady. And really crummy to do to people who are looking for work. Ive received 13 calls from 9:03am to 11:42am today alone.Lensa, Inc

Lensa is constantly spamming with "job opportunities", but every job pays 30% less than the market dictates. It makes me think they are getting a kickback from any employer they match you with (if you get hired). I wouldn't trust them. Out of dozens of jobs I have been matched with, I have never once found a job posting that paid market wages.Lensa, Inc

*************. No matter how many times you check your information is correct they simply send spam jobs. I've contacted them several times and am still receiving jobs outside of my travel area (other States and NOT REMOTE), not skill based or matching my skills. I am not a Doctor so I should not be getting matches for one. My milage is correct so I should not be getting matches for those in other States let alone several States away and NOT REMOTE. I left a review before when I had same issue and then they corrected it for a day or two. Now it's been back to the same trashy jobs out of my travel area I am overqualified for or those either I would have to relocate for and/or am not qualified for. Waste of time unless you just like getting unsolicited texts and calls.Lensa, Inc

Hi *****,Thanks for your detailed feedback, and we're truly sorry for the frustration. When there arent enough openings that match your exact criteria - like location or skills - our system may expand the results slightly to include jobs that might still be of interest, even if theyre further away or outside your usual field. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially if youve already taken steps to fine-tune your settings. If youd like, our support team can take a closer look and help adjust your alerts further. We appreciate you giving us the chance to improve.
