My Dad who is 89 just used *** ****. They had several opportunities to tell him h the ere was a 4 hour minimum and they NEVER did. Even when he told them he only had 7 larger items to move. The process took 1 1/2 hours. The men were careless and didnt secure anything down in the van. He had my dad look at some small phone screen to sign off after the move. He didnt even have a chance to look at the furniture. And they urged him to leave a tip. He had no idea he was tipping on a total of 4 hours of work that they didnt even do. My dad doesnt see so well so he didnt see the huge scratches on his dresser until they left. Called customer service and the representative seemed so nice until it was time to actually do anything for him. Sent my dad a claim form with so many stipulations there was no way they were going to cover anything. And the original person who emailed me stopped responding. I true feel there was no warning of the 4 hour minimum on purpose. Sorry, would not recommend to any older person concerned about their finances. The person who came to the house and saw that there were only 7 items should have told him! And there were only 7 items on purpose because we moved everything else ourselves to save money.

First and foremost, we apologize for your frustration with this matter. We tried looking you up in our system but did not find anything under the last name "******". Every customer who hires our ******************** is provided with a written estimate. The estimate clearly states "There is a 4 hour minimum with all local moved(3 hours of work with 1 hour travel)". We apologize for the confusion. As far as the claims process please just return the form and we will begin to work on rectifying the matter. To open a claim the form must be filed in writing. ******, Griffin, ********* and Bull moved my things from one house to another in the ********** area. These guys did a great job. Very efficient, careful, professional, and fun to work with. It was a tough job requiring 2 trucks with a lot of stairs and heavy stuff, but the crew powered through. They finished several hours faster than the estimated time and did not cause any damage. The logistics were also well managed, **** did an inventory of my house and ***** handled the scheduling. Great experience, would use again.Don Farr Moving & Storage Company

We had an outstanding five star experience with *** **** ********************************************* from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and even enjoyable.**** **** did a fantastic job estimating the move accurately, and ****** ***** was incredible in handling the logistics and making sure everything was coordinated perfectly. The packing crew came the day before and packed our entire four-bedroom home with care and efficiency. We didnt realize how much stuff we had until they got started, but they handled it all with ease. They were incredibly detail-oriented, taking extra care with fragile items, and even started loading the truck early, which made moving day much easier.The moving crew was just as impressive. They prepped both homes to protect everything, carefully handled all our furniture and belongings, and worked efficiently while keeping a great attitude the entire time. They made the whole process fun, which is not something I ever expected to say about moving.
