    I purchased a Cosmo educational toy robot on November 26, 2021 for $267.79. I waited a acceptable amount of time for the product to be sent, but I have been given excuse after excuse as to why it hasn't been sent: problems with production in China due to COVID, insufficient product parts etc. I have been beyond patient, but I want them to produce the product or provide a full refund at this point. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Digital Dream Labs, except when they feel like responding via email and feel I am being scammed at this point. There is a total lack of transparency, honesty and communication.

    I paid $334.74 to Digital Dream Labs.

    For three months, I didn't receive any shipment. So, on October 1, 2022, I emailed them to request a refund. They promised to refund me, but as of today, October 18, 2023, I still haven't received my money back. I always believed they were an honest company, so it's only now that I've realized I've been scammed. I will upload the email communication I had with them. From October 2022 until now, I've sent numerous emails, and the responses I received were always vague about the refund timeline but assured me that I would get refunded. However, this month when I emailed them, they completely disappeared and stopped responding to emails. This is a fraudulent company.

    I purchased the Butter Robot from Digital Dream Labs in November 2020 and request a refund May 4th 2023 after they kept delaying the product release and they have still not given me a refund.

    Digital dream labs has charged my credit card for a subscription service that is no longer active, their servers have been down for months. the debited 74.99 out my account on 10/12/2023. They will not respond to emails, I cant log in to the account to cancel

    Order # ***** I order the Butter Robot and paid for $147.00 and have received 3 year's worth of excuses as to why this product is still "in development". I understand yes went though a pandemic and there shouldn't be no excuses on holding my money for this long. I reason with them that the credit card I paid for no longer exists because the banks switch. Said he we would refund to the new bank but they've been saying that for over a 9 months. I tired of the waiting request them to send me a check but they can't do that because it has to be original payment method. I'm tired to they're excuses he need to scaming people for their money.

    I purchased Vector 2.0 and the escape pod on 12/01/2021.

    I never received the purchase and have been dragged around about my refund request for over a year.
    The company has also shut down servers and the robots are no longer functioning and they are still withdrawing subscription payments from customers and have removed the cancel subscription option from their website.

    I pre-ordered the Nuke Phantom car on June 19, 2022 with an expected shipping before Christmas 2022. I have contacted Digital Dream Labs about every three months for a status and get the same response back. It is 'back-ordered' and will ship as soon as possible.

    Approximately two months ago, I emailed them again and received no response. I responded to the auto-generated email asking for a response and still no response. I then went to their website and was able to find a form to contact them, still no response. I also tried to contact them via X (Twitter) and still no response.

    Paid 150 dollars to them in 2020 for butter robot. I've written to them a dozen times and keep getting the runaround. They haven't updated any info in over a year. They are scammers and I want my money back

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



    I, as with many users being ripped off by this company, had to go through the fraud department with our respective credit card companies. It took me 3 months to finally get this company blocked from charging us monthly for a service that is no longer being provided.
