    Ordered the robots on pre-order on June 2022 for Christmas. Received an email stating that they were going to start shipping pre-orders from June of 2020! Was sent an email showing that we needed to confirm the address for either the refund or the robots to now start shipping. Were given several ticket #s and order numbers and confirmations of emails and will be processing ASAP. Every time that I follow up on these, I get a new number and told that they are working on it. This is absolutely ridiculous and a total scam! Need monies refunded and simply want to wash my hands of the this whole ordeal. My children literally feel like they have been traumatized over this and can't understand why there are people in the world that would chose to be this way.

    I ordered a product from Digital Dream Labs and they kept pushing back the delivery of the product but ensured that it would be delivered as soon as possible. it's been nearly 3 years and I finally asked them to refund my purchase, at which time they stopped responding to my emails.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription, however when I go to the website to cancel it gives me the 404 error and when I contacted them 2 weeks ago they sent an email back saying there was nothing they could do and then my subscription went through yet again.

    Pre-ordered Butter Robot from Digital Dream Labs in 2020 and still have not received item I purchased. And this after numerous attempts to either get the product or get my money back. As this product is still not available, I would like my money back.

    Originally ordered the Cozmo 2.0 in May 2021 and have been getting nothing but excuses why there is a delay. Now I've requested a refund and not heard anything back. Don't want to wait anymore for the product, just give me my money back.

    Well this company in 2020 promises a butter robot in early production for 147$ each I bought two thinking it was a good investment. Turns out it was just a scam. 3 years later no updates. No nothing

    Last month I asked (via email) Digital Dream Labs Company to cancel our monthly subscriptions because I wasn’t able to access their web portal to cancel it myself. The company’s customer rep replied and mentioned that they are working on their web portal and we can cancel our subscription once it is fixed. After a few days, I checked and saw that the portal is still “down”, so I emailed them back and specifically said that I do not want to be charged again but never received a response from them. On September 20, 2023, my credit card was charged. Until today, that web portal is still down/inaccessible, and no response was received from this company. I am expecting another charge for October 2023 which I do not consent.

    I have read complaints after complaints with this company, and several have the same situation as mine, but they waited even longer to get their subscription cancelled to no avail and the reason this company provided is the same: they are working to resolve the issue with their web portal. It has been months and how can their “issue” still has not resolved? How can they keep charging monthly and collecting the money but cannot cancel the monthly subscriptions?

    Please investigate this company and help bring justice to all of us who are victims of this company’s fraudulent business. Thank you.
