      It was a great experience purchasing from cycle gear. They kept me up to date on the process of my order. I was a little confused when my package arrived in an Amazon box though, and got a message from ****** saying that my package was delivered.

      I feel comfortable purchasing online from Cycle Gear. Their prices are competitive as well as their gear. And if there is an issue, I can always return/exchange the items without any hassle. Highly recommend Cycle Gear.

      Got the gloves i ordered. My RPM account said I would get it in 2 days. It took 5. Then I had to return to a store to swap as the product was defective.

      Cycle gear online has been easy to use and shipping times are good. Normally get your product in 7 days or less. I've been to 3 cycle gear shops(***************, ***** **, ********), all three shops had friendly workers.

      I recently chose them to buy a battery because their website said delivery in 24 hours or less and because they are in ********** They treated me super well. That's why I decided to buy from them, even though I paid $20 or $30 more than on ****** or ***** The order took three days. I suppose the extra cost is because they buy it from ********. Otherwise, it's a great product and the in-person service is fantastic.

      Good selection and easy ship and collect option. Store staff is a super prompt and helpful, only the Store Manager wasnt friendly when enquired about price match for a product and shrugged with Rude response.
