      Cycle Gear has always provided quality riding gear, delivered promptly, processed returns and credit card refunds quickly, and I have never had anything but great experiences with them.

      Bought tires for HD, shipped to the store to have installed and balanced.Problem 1, when mounting the tires, their air compressor did not have the power needed to seat the tires on the wheel. They called and informed me of the situation and suggested that I the wheels with the partially mounted tires to finish inflating to complete mounting, the local HD dealership saved the day.. Problem 2, We returned to Cycle Gear to have the wheels with the new tires balanced, which was done but front wheel which has spokes was balanced with the wrong type of weights. They should have used 'spoke' mounted weights but instead used flat surface mounted weights which did not seat on the wheel rim properly. After visiting their store, I realized that they primarily serve the sport bike market which does not use spoke wheels. If I had been advised that they were not prepared to properly service my HD, I would have otherwise gone elsewhere. Nice people but ended up costing more effort and expense by purchasing the need wheel weights elsewhere.

      Staff in the ************* store is really helpful (especially ******). They helped me pick my first helmet years ago and it was perfect. I got my new helmet from them and they were even more helpful. They also helped to pick a jacket that's just right for the weather here. Could I find these things cheaper online? Probably yes. Would I get the same level of customer service? Probably no.

      New rider. Purchasing my first helmet. Sales person was very helpful, not overbearing, and didn't treat me like the n00b that I am! Will be shopping here many times in the future!

      I ordered a jersey and riding pants and received confirmation they would both arrive on a Monday. Well, I received the jersey on time but the pants arrived close to a week later.
