      RevZilla has been great for me! I signed up for the membership and have been able return items for free with NO trouble at all, no strings attached. They have a great selection, price match and shipping is efficient. I have not yet had to contact customer service but they have their phone number and chat easily accessible. I recently lost about $250 through Mclula for a few reasons but mainly because they do not offer free returns. The cost to return is about the same as what you paid for the flawed merchandise they ship you plus there is no phone number so communicating through email and getting the canned responses is terrible customer service. I will not buy anywhere other than RevZilla.

      Ive shopped with Revzilla a couple times now. What always speaks to me about their website is the flow of the information and how its laid out to find the parts you need in a specific category, which is then cross referenced with specific makes/models of motorcycles. Im OCD so it scratches that itch in my head which I really appreciate. Im a big Japanese car guy too and I wish my ****** parts websites were built like Revzilla ***** far as the products and packaging, it comes in new condition. Standard brown boxes like I get from ordering anywhere. Always has those packing slips that come in the box too. Nothing has ever been damaged for me. In my opinion its reputable.

      Revzilla has bent over backwards to accommodate information requests about products, fulfilling orders expeditiously and refunding or giving credit for returned or lost merchandise, It's my go to motorcycle online *****!!

      I bought a blemished helmet described as very good .it was not! Call with my complaint described it to them, and they said well send ****** pictures 14 times and we'll think about returning it. Never had a problem till now! I'm no longer a customer .spent north of 2 k there in the past year

      I can't thank you enough for the amazing support! I finally found a helmet that fits my odd shaped head like a glove. I Will absolutely be shopping with revzilla again!
