      Bought a Ciro cup holder for top dollar. It lasted a short time before the mount broke and I lost the whole thing going down the road. Tried to get a new one as a replacement but they refused to hon their warranty. I left a bad feed =back on Revzilla website but it has not appeared. I have contacted them several times to inquire why my feedback has not shown up. They have simply ignored me. Seems to me they only post positive feedbacks so the customer can not get an accurate feel of what they are buying. Seems like this should be illegal..... I will find out. I didnt spend 40 k on a bike to have their product break and fall off just to be ignored. Mi exploring all options and will update.

      Bought new tires for my motorcycle in April 2022 from them. On September 21 2022 I noticed that the tires had dry rot in the tread and that there was cracking all over the side walls of the tires. I contacted RevZilla and gave them all the information about how my bike was stored indoors and always had the tires aired up to spec and they told me that there was nothing they could do about my problem, and all they offered was a 15% off a new Set of tires . I don’t understand how these aren’t covered under warranty, considering they’re only five months old really really disappointed with RevZilla.

      They took forever to ship my product and when I finally got it, it was all scuffed up. Plus it didn't even fit properly. I shipped it back and now I'm waiting forever again. I will never order from them again. I DO NOT recommend them

      We are currently working with Mr. Villanueva to resolve this issue. He has returned the item that he has received and we are currently working on a resolution for him and awaiting his response.

      Spent about $800 bucks on an order. Returned 1 item with no hassle, but the other one I've been waiting for any info about. I've waited 8 days now and there is no update. I called 4 times and been told they "Sent an email to the warehouse". If they don't want the item just return it to me to sell it, now I'm frustrated because I'm down $164 with no explanation. Allow 3-5 business days? How about 8-10 for them to even read the email. You accept payment super easy no problem but don't take care of your customers once you get paid.
