      Absolute nightmare back-and-forth return my helmet to get a replacement. They sent it the wrong way paid me back my money never got the replacement helmet because it was stolen in the mail. As far as they are concerned They gave me the Money back to them that is where the customer service stopped and I was told to We would normally follow an investigation process regarding the missing helmet, but think it best to part ways here. We encourage you to check out our competitors to see if they can better address your needs.We wish you the best in your motorcycling endeavors. So this is basically a big FU I am out of a helmet or the ability to get one here for 16 years priority mail was how they shipped to the military and now they refuse to do that even when I offered to pay, Ive spent in excess of $20,000 with them And this is how I get treated. They should tell you about their motorcycle brotherhood

We do not make these types of decisions lightly and we always use this as a last resort when dealing with our customers as we know how important the relationship with our customers are.

      Was on a waiting list for a product that was on back order. I got an email stating it was back in stock and the delivery to me in ******* ****** was only a week to get to me. Pretty happy with that

      Where do I begin? The beginning of the return process was great until we ran into a snag. I am a customer from 2016. Ive Spent more than $19,000 from 2016 to 2024 with RevZilla. its all started with a warranty replacement return they asked me to send my original helmet back. They paid for the shipping return shipping. I am active duty military stationed overseas been living overseas for 38 years. I know how the shipping works. I know what works and I know what doesnt work with that in mind. They decided to send my replacement helmet that was valued at almost $2000 surface mail or ground advantage instead of priority mail which I requested, and I also said that I would pay out of my own pocket to ensure that safe arrival of my purchase, but they seem to know better than me August 22 is when they shipped it I received a empty box a week ago $2000 helmet stolen, but to them, they refunded the money and said that I should look elsewhere for my motorcycle needs. I requested the name of supervisors managers, even the owner of the company they would not read lease that information to me so I could contact them as this whole debacle was taking place the *************************************************************************** were sent priority mail arrived under 10 days case in point my iPhone, which was sent to a freight forwarding company in ******** received to my duty station here in *********** in seven days absolutely zero issues. The condescending tone of the staff and personnel RevZilla is reminiscent of a *** hired staff. They have zero communication skills, very snobbish and thought that they could just send me away by refunding my money. They actually said well, you got the money back its not about the f****** money. Not to mention that they charge my credit card without letting me know said they were sorry. I got hit with an overdraft fee and then tried to charge me tax for Delaware because their system said so Delaware is sales tax-free.

      shipped me a ***** pipe. absolutely no excuse for selling a "new" pipe with rust. rust doesnt form overnight. well kinda but not to the extent this pipe was rusted. looks like they never put any assembly oil on it and left it in a warehouse for 20 years. i also think they restocked it with the one i sent back so dont buy the 1997 yz250 fmf fatty gold pipe.

      Overall great shopping experience with Revzilla. Good selection, fast shipping, and well made review videos to help customers decide what to buy. I accidentally ordered 2 identical jackets (which also didn't fit as expected), but I had no issue whatsoever returning the items for a full refund. I ended up ordering 2 different jackets (1 size larger) and they are perfect!

      The battery I ordered arrived in a timely manner, and was compatible with my motorcycle just as described! As soon as I charged it and installed it my motorcycle it came back to life. Im very satisfied with the customer service and battery in general. Thank you!

      Extremely quick delivery way ahead of forecast. Product was exactly as advertised. Revit riding pants are great.
