What an awesome company!!!!It all started with meeting salesman ********************* at the PGH Home show. We had choices but we chose Thermal Twin for many reasons. First, GREAT windows are not cheap at all! Lifetime warranty, excellent customer service, all being made local at their facility, employee owned company helped us with our decision. **** (and his installation crew) when installing our windows were awesome, very respectful and their excellent install definitely made us realize even more that we made the right decision, especially when we have a decent investment in our windows. Highly recommend Thermo Twin!!!- ************** (**********, **.)

The crew showed up on time and explained how they would do the windows and door since I have dogs. They are well organized and make sure everything is cleaned up when they are done. The crew arrived on time both days on the date promised and completed five sliding glass doors on time and cleaned up after the job. This is the second time weve had Thermo twin Work at our house as a few years ago. They were replaced all of our windows in our home to our satisfaction. Would use them again.Thermo-Twin Windows

Replaced 15 windows in an investment property. These folks were super helpful. Everything was efficient, and communication was ongoing and timely. They did everything they said they would do, did a very good job with the windows and installation, and went above the call of duty to help sort out the permit issue with Pittsburgh's PLI. I would definitely use Thermo Twin again with the next project.Thermo-Twin Windows

My wife and I went to the 2024 Home Show in ***********We spoke to our Salesman ***************** and we told him that we were in the market for new windows and doors. He came to our house 2 days later and show us the windows and doors, Then we ordered our windows then a week later ****** called and made a appointment to get our windows and doors measured and then about 3 weeks later they called to get them installed. ******************* and his crew came with 6 very polite gentleman they started the windows. We asked how long it would take they said about 5 hours. They were done installing 11 windows in that amount of time I would recommend Thermo Twin to anyone looking to get new windows and doors. Then ************************* and his assistant showed up and installed our new front door and a storm door and within 3 hours they were done both crews did a great job . Thermo Twin just replaced 16 windows in my home. I couldnt be happier with the windows or the service. The installers did a beautiful job and were very neat and cleaned everything up before they left.I would definitely recommend themThermo-Twin Windows
