  I had a full-house installation of Thermo-Twin windows in late winter of this year. Immediately I noticed that my home was much warmer on cold days, great evidence of the quality of their windows and expert installation! Now, I'm noticing this summer, even with it being very hot and humid in comparison to other summers, my electric cooling AC $costs$ have come down by over 1/3!! And the house is so quiet! Thermo-Twin employees were professional and courteous at every point of contact. The crew was efficient, kind, skilled, and cleaned up so well there was no trace of any old window material, not even a paint chip or nail, inside and out! Thank youThermo-Twin; I am very happy!

  I had a wonderful experience with Thermo-Twin from start to finish! I was very pleased that I was given all my options when we did the quote at the beginning and was able to pick something that was within our budget. The measurements were quick, easy and accurate. The installation team was kind, courteous and efficient in their work. I couldn't ask for more. The end result is also fantastic! I couldn't be happier!

  We were in the market to replace our 32 year old ******** windows. After talking to friends of ours that replaced their windows with Thermo-Twin, we decided to call and request a quote to replace 14 windows and a patio door. The salesman came out and right off the bat I was very impressed with his knowledge of the product, as well as the installation process. There was no sales pressure because I believe the product he showed us and the warranty offered, sold itself! We shopped around and I can honestly say that this company offers a fair price and the warranty is second to none. We signed the contract that day!We received the call for the installation in the timeframe the salesman quoted us. The Thermo-Twin installation team arrived right on time. A crew of 5 window installers and an installer for the sliding glass patio door. The workers could not have been more professional, friendly and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. You would not have know there were 6 workers performing work in our house when they left. They arrived at 8:00am and the job was completed by 1:00pm! I can't say enough about how efficient these guys were! Less than a week after our windows were installed, we received a call from Thermo-Twin. It was a courtesy call to make sure we were happy with our windows and the job that their workers had performed. They told us that if we ever have a problem or question, to give them call. Now that is something more companies need to realize is important to customers. To know that they care enough to make sure you are happy with their work after the job has been completed. Most companies only call you when they are trying to get your signature on a contract!We are very satisfied with the product, work, and professionalism provided by Thermo-Twin. This is an employee owned company, and I believe you can tell the employees take pride in what they do and the service they provide. We will recommend Thermo-Twin!

  Sales representative was knowlegeable, prompt, and courteous. We did not feel pressured to buy and felt our questions were fully addressed. Pricing was transparent and fair. We were glad to choose a local, employee-owned company and every employee we spoke with was highly professional and friendly. Installation team was punctual, efficient, professional and left NO MESS!   Thermo-Twin windows service , starting with the sale representative, through the installation crew was very professional in everything aspect. First , the price was reasonable, second , the crew showed up on time, They did wonderful job , cleaned up after themselves and finished the installation in half the days time.   We used Thermo Twin twice. Last year they put in new windows and a new front door. They just put in a new back door for us in July. Their workers are true perfectionists and craftsmen who take pride in their work. You may get a lower price out there however in the long run you get what you pay for. The value Thermo Twin provides is worth it. My furnace and AC are not working as hard as it did before I had Thremo Twin put in

  Thermo-Twin windows just installed my windows. I am very happy with my windows. From the sales person, the final measurement person, and the men who installed them. They are very professional, courteous and precise employees. The are very neat and clean up after installation. It was a pleasure to deal with them. My windows look great and are very easy to open and close and I when my AC is on I am not loosing any of the air conditioning, it stays in my house.
