I want to state that this company, and, the salesman,**** ******, have a compassionate heart, which is rare in today's society. Due to unforseen circumstances, I was not, at this time, able to go forward with my purchase, and, they so graciously worked with me to resolve my problem. I hope that in the future, I will be able to work with these great people again.

I highly recommend Thermo-Twin Windows. Installers showed up on time with all necessary materials and tools. Work was done in an efficient, meticulous and safe manner. Thermo - Twin has great service and offers superior products. We had both of our exterior doors replaced by Thermo Twin in June, 2023. Their workmanship was flawless and the installers were very professional. Recently, I had an issue with one of the door knobs. A serviceman was here with in 48 hours of my call. We are very satisfied and will use Thermo-Twin again for future updates to our home.PS: Our grandkids love the Thermo - Twin Jingle!Thermo-Twin Windows

We had 11 new windows installed. From Sales to installation, everything went as smoothly as possible. The crew even worked in 10 degree weather and completed everything within 1 day! I highly recommend Thermo Twin.Thermo-Twin Windows

I had Thermo Twin replace most of my windows years ago. Since then I also had them install additiional bay windows. All workmanship and materials were top notch. A short time ago I noticed moisture in the large picture window in the large bay window. I called and spoke to ******** who had my original order at her fingertrips. She told me they would make window and schedule it to be replaced. A few weeks later ***** came out and expertly removed old glass and installed new window glass.. Since I was original purchase there was NO charge for materials or labor! Jus a nominal $80 delivery truck fee. Everyone did a superb job and they will have all of my future business. We highly recomend them! Oh yeah. the window they replaced was 25 years old and the only one that needed done.******Thermo-Twin Windows
