  Wish I could give them ZERO stars! They are not a warranty company. I was told by the auto dealer that the warranty would cover anything other than normal wear and tear. The customer service **** have no manners whatsoever, they are rude and will tell you "it's your problem". No local mechanic shops near me would even work with them. Every time I have had an issue the mechanic tells me to take it to another shop because the warranty company won't work with them or they are just too difficult to deal with. So now, I'm out money for a warranty I cannot even use. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy a warranty with this company, it's a total scam. It's very obvious they are only in business to scam people out of money and find any reason to not pay a claim. SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Your VSC does not provide an exclusionary level of coverage, it is an inclusionary level of coverage. Your complete list of covered components can be found in the Terms and Conditions and if a component is not listed then it is not covered.CARS strives to provide excellent customer service and apologizes if you were mistreated by a CARS employee.
