      Jared B**** was open and honest about what options he felt best for us. His presentation answered our questions but we never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. He was very personable and has a great haircut.

      I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson if you want to replace your windows or doors. They are a very reputable company with excellent sales and installation people. Our representative was Kosta Touloumes. He is highly knowledgeable and will readily recommend a solution for your project that fits your needs and budget. This is our second time with Renewal by Anderson and Kosta and the results have always been outstanding. Kosta is a great individual to work with and has a great personality. He is an excellent representative of his company. We look forward to dealing with him again in the future. It is a breath of fresh air to embark on a project with the confidence that sales, installation, and warranty are secure.

      Beautiful door. Sales person was very nice and knew the product well. Customer service was great. Installation was such a breeze and the cleaned up after themselves.
