  This company try's to scam seniors out of their money by telling them they need new windows when they don't. They are very aggressive in their sales tactics, by harassing homeowners to buy their product's. Forewarned is forearmed.

  I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Unprofessional, zero integrity and the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.From start to finish, I experienced the most atrocious customer service imaginable. The 'customer service liaison' left me in lurch for nearly 6 weeks when I reached out to introduce myself, the salesman never followed up either. They do not care about building relationships; they only care about selling windows at an astronomical price with zero courtesy or consideration. They claim to 'leave things better than they found them', these are their words. This is also a false promise as their installers left nails and trash all over my home and destroying the weatherstripping on my front door, they also helped themselves to opening my yard fence and not reclosing it so my dogs were able to escape due to their negligence. I was told the install would be a 1-day job and they would finish by 4 or 5 PM. These installers did not leave my home until 11:30PM when they said they would be returning in the morning! There was zero communication about this, it was just assumed I would have to deal with it. I could go on forever with all the issues I had with this install. So so disappointed in my ************* NOT USE RENEWAL BY ********!

  We ordered doors in February 2024 we were told 6 to 8 weeks. June we got a date for install and 2 days before we were told parts were on backorder. Finally August 5 we had the installers come the door is great but the storm door was too big. Now we had to get new measurements and a new door will be ordered with no ETA and winter right around the corner. Very frustrated.

  Nightmare on Canterbury Drive! We signed to have a new patio sliding glass door installed in August of 2023. They delayed and delayed, came out with new doors several times, and now were back to Square one, (patio door defective). Now theyre here again, June 10th, 2024, with another door that they say doesnt fit, and theyll have to order us yet another door which may or may not fit because no one seems to know whos ordering and whos responsible for this FUBAR situation. We paid over $8,000 for the door and no one at *** seems to know why they cant get it right! Very, very, frustrating! Wish we never called RBA in the first place!

  Tim presented all information in a clear and concise manner. He was thoughtful of our needs and let us know that while they were not the cheapest option, they would provide the best service and work. We are happy with our decision!

  Adam C**** was very professional, fun, easy to work with, explained everything perfectly, went over the entire project that would be involved in replacing our 14 windows so we understood what all was going to happen . We would highly recommend Adam to our family and friends !
