      This company does not care for the people in need of storage services. They offer discounts to gain your business, and highly inflate prices with unpredictable cost increases. I am extremely disappointed I used this facility. The elevator and entrance doors were not in operation; they were eventually repaired. No discount was provided to clients. My time with them will be limited very soon.

      Mike was a manager that talked too. He played with me at first acting non chalantly when he who knew whoI was and what I was complaining about. They had tricked me and said first month was free. Not at all they put fees on top of fees and got me for 55. The normal price is 55. These fees are just another way for this dishonest to get your money. He was not nice not professional and hung up on me. I was saying your charging me a 100 dollars for a 5by which you can find for 50 or 55 dollars, Even on their websites they never explained this ridiculous price hidden in small letters. Saying it was my problem for signing, I was tricked be aware they well be so nice to you talking whatever else thing but the exorbant prices they charge. This is a perfect example of corporate greed at its best. Switch and bait where the only goal is to trick and gouge innocent hardworking individuals unlike these local and regional managers. They must get a pretty penny for their bonuses. Don't trust them. Nothing is free they well trick and gouge you. The one quality a cubesmart employee has is they are greedy and dishonest. Welcome to the most dishonest storage company built on greed and distrust Cubesmart. I'm shouting this out .. Keep away..
